My best experience ever was today 12-03-2025. Dr. Fisher and his team Ms Sharde and Ms. Sam! They made my experience an all new high! I had an extraction along with a root canal and the extraction was one of my front upper tooth! I was afraid wondering about the results but Dr. Fisher spoke to me with confidence and I trusted him and Ms Sharde with their judgement and experience! Ms. Sam did wonders with her skills in the temporary replacements. I was so excited with the results! I will share my experience with my closest friends! Thanks FIXARI and the staff members mentioned above! I’m truly happy and satisfied! My smile looks so good on me! Better than before!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had going to the Dentist! Sharde Sam and Dr Fisher and staff made my first visit feeling pleased and comfortable and excited about my upcoming procedures! From first entering the front door the greating was warm and wonderful! The staff explained many options that best fit my needs and explain the cost of each option and made me so comfortable and feeling like I was in great hands! They made my appointments that best fit my schedule and the cost was well in my budget! I have found a new home at Fixari Pickerington location!

The entire staff is just wonderful at both Canal and Pickerington locations. Most important the dentists, ortho, and surgeon is awesome, currently getting implant procedure and crown, so glad my daughter recommended this place! The surgeon is just amazing, thorough and fast, just like the staff ensured me. I’m finally back fearless of going to the dentist! Thank you so much, all of you at Fixari! Look no further, this place is trustworthy, the best and the facilities are quite impressive with tons of perks! Worth the drive from Dublin for sure.

From the time you walk in until it’s time to leave, you will experience nothing but the best service! The staff is amazingly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They are even kind when it’s time to pay 😃 In particular, Rina made sure I was comfortable during my procedures. Don’t look any further when trying to find expert dentistry.

I just had theeee BEST dentist visit I have EVER had (and I have had puh-lenty!). I had a cleaning and fillings todqy and I have a serious dentist-phobia, but each step with them was “easy as Sunday Morning”! These folks dedicated a day of free dentistry service to those who have served in our Armed Forces and that entire staff treated us royally! It really mattered and they stepped all the way up!! THANK YOU, FIXARI !!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I wish I could give out more stars, my very first time experience with Dr. Arman, and his assistant Sami was wonderful. They both made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Explain everything I needed to know before my procedure and afterwards. I definitely recommend Fixari in Pickerington. Friendly, and very clean atmosphere. Thank you again 😊

Great service from the moment that you walk through the door to the time you leave, everyone makes you feel very comfortable and greets you with a smile. I am very satisfied with this dentistry and I recommend everyone that needs work completed to come here. They even have massage chairs that you can enjoy while they work on your mouth.

Best dental experience I’ve had! The staff is super welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Waugh was especially great and even did my first cleaning himself. They have heated massage chairs in the treatment rooms and sent me home with blankets, a thermos, and the standard dental swag. Definitely will be recommending them to my family and friends.

The staff are nice and comforting. Very professional. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any dental office. They walk you through everything they’re about to do. I highly recommend anyone looking for dental work to go to their office. They also gave me a welcoming gift and carnation for my first time there. I’ve never had such a good experience in my life and that’s coming from someone who is terrified of going to the dentist.

I had a great experience with dental care. Rina did a great job cleaning my teeth and checking my gum health. She’s incredibly professional, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain every step of the process and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I definitely recommend Fixari Family Dental. The whole staff is welcoming, professional and very caring! Dr Fisher is a rockstar! All my previous experiences at other dental practices didn’t go well and made me hate going to the dentist. Fixari made me comfortable from the first visit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. I’ll be there for the rest of my life!

I suddenly had tooth pain and needed a new dentist (new insurance), and Fixari got me in right away! Peggy greeted me with such warmth, offered me beverages, and showed me to my room. She let me know my chair had massage and heat functions (nice touch!) and let me know the team would be right in. I didn’t need to wait, as Savannah popped right in to greet me, ensured I was comfortable, and got to working the problem right away. After taking very gentle and quite impressive imaging, Dr Fixari came in to greet me and walked me through my scans. Turns out, I needed a root canal so they worked with my insurance and we got it scheduled quickly. The entire staff could not have been friendlier, happy to answer all my questions, and genuinely cared about every part of my experience. Today, I returned for my first root canal. I was nervous as we’ve all heard horror stories, but Savannah and Dr. Fixari both allayed my anxiety and got me in and out in 90 minutes! I had ZERO pain, and they frequently checked in with me, asking if I was ok or needed anything. I was too busy watching Gilmore Girls on the cleverly placed screen right above my chair to even pay attention to whatever else was going on. They could not have been more professional, caring, and friendly. Each staff member I’ve met is as warm as the next. This is truly a great team! They’ve carefully curated a culture of inclusion, leading with respect for the patient and providing genuine elite dental services, while at the same time caring for each individual person that walks through their door. This does not happen by accident, and it’s incredibly impressive! I genuinely appreciate the time they took to help me every step of the way. I go back in a couple months for a check up, but as the novacain has worn off, I’m happy to report im now pain free! They won a customer for life, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at an dentist office, from the front desk to the actual dental hygienists and support staff…Dr. Fisher and Justin took such great care of me and eased my fears so much that the very next day, I started the process to get my mouth together….Highly recommend especially if you have had any form of anxiety or traumatic dental experience.

My experiences with Fixari dental have always been pleasant. My dentist makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. He always explains what he will be doing, and talking me through the process as he is working. The staff is always friendly, they make you feel like you are truely part of their dental family. You can’t ask for anything more. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for my dental care.

I was in this evening for a cleaning with Austin. He did a great job, the same as my last visit with him and Dr Bobbi! He has such a gentle pleasant approach, smiles,laughs and talks with you resulting in a more relaxed positive experience/outcome. When hes done he asks if you have any questions/ concerns or if he can do anything for you which is awesome cause it reinforces “I care” to the patient! I recently started going to Fixari Pickerington and I’ve already had some major work done. I am absolutely thrilled with the team and my results. Dr. Fisher is extremely friendly and kind and he takes time to make sure I understand and agree with the treatment plan. The office decor is very nice as well as super clean, which is hugely important to me! Equally as important is their attentive staff. They give you little treats and gifts on your first visit and they offer amenities in the waiting area…they seem to value their customers! It’s a very welcoming environment and I am sooo glad I became a patient.

I normally see Dr John but he was out of town and I had a dental Emergency…Dr John called me and set up an appointment with Dr Fisher…I was in a lot of pain and very nervous about seeing a different dentist.  Dr Fisher was absolutely wonderful…he explained everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable…Everyone in the office was friendly and seemed to really enjoy being there. 

Going to Fixari feels like getting a big hug!! I had an amazing experience at Fixari. I haven’t been to the dentist in years because of a lack of dental insurance. But the staff at Fixari were so kind and accommodating!! They worked with me and were up front about the cost of all services. Everyone was so friendly and I stayed so comfortable throughout my visit!!

Absolutely Blown Away by the Care & Affordability Going to the dentist is never my favorite, and walking into a dental office on a Saturday as a new patient with no insurance and a painful emergency had me bracing for the worst, especially after seeing how beautiful and comfortable the Fixari Family Dental offices are. I was honestly convinced I’d have to give up my right arm to pay the bill, but the pain was bad enough that I was ready to do it. From the moment I walked in, though, I was completely put at ease. Jenny, the hygienist, was incredibly sweet, took x-rays, talked me through everything, and made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Then Dr. Maggie came in and truly exceeded all expectations. She clearly explained the cause of my pain, prescribed antibiotics, and gave me detailed instructions on how to manage the discomfort until I could get in to see a specialist. But the biggest shock? The bill. I was genuinely surprised by how affordable the visit was. Given the circumstances, I expected the worst, but what I got was an experience that was not only professional and kind—but also fair and accessible. The professionalism, kindness, patience, and comfort I received has not gone unnoticed. In fact, it has me seriously considering Fixari Family Dental as not just the best place to go—but the only place to go. Thank you so much to Jenny, Dr. Maggie, and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive one.

I called to get an appointment because I was concerned my son had a cavity. Fixari Family Dental got my son in the next day. It turned out to be nothing. The staff were kind and professional. The waiting area is beautiful and the exam rooms are designed with patient comfort in mind. My husband and I have been looking for a dentist closer to home. I look forward to getting established as a patient.

I had such a wonderful experience during my dental cleaning with Ms.Rina who is truly the best dental hygienist I’ve ever met 🙂 From start to finish, she was exceptionally kind, gentle, and professional. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, which really helped me feel informed and at ease. Her gentle touch and calm demeanor made what is usually a stressful appointment feel completely comfortable. I genuinely felt cared for and respected as a patient. Fixari, by far, has been the best dentist office I have went to. The staff is always friendly (all my experiences being there thus far they have been), the attention to my dental services are wonderful, and the office itself is so warm and inviting. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a dentist and who has anxiety about going to the dentist, to give Fixari a try. I also have some anxiety about going to the dentist, and thus far Fixari has helped me have less anxiety and I do not dread going to my dentist appts since going to Fixari. Now, I say all this based on my own personal experiences… I will say though I have been a patient of Fixari for a good while now… not just a couple visits. I referred my daughter, and she really likes them as well.

My family and I have been patients at Fixari Family Dental for many years. The staff are dedicated to providing excellence in dental care with attention given to making their patients feel welcome and relaxed. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bobby for years now and his professionalism and kindness have been constant at every visit. I met Rina, a dental hygienist, and Trinity and Austin, patient care coordinators, at my last visit. All staff are talented, very friendly and go well beyond what you’d expect. I recently went to Fixari Family Dental for a dental cleaning and had a wonderful visit. Rina is very friendly and caring. She took her time to explain what she was doing and answered all my questions. She was gentle during the cleaning, you can tell she really cares about her patients. The clinic is clean, and the staff is helpful. I would definitely recommend Rina and the whole team to anyone!

This will be lengthy, but well worth reading if you are considering this practice and these dentists and staff. First, I gave them a 5-Star review only because I couldn’t give them a 10-Star review . My wife was recently a new patient there, and was highly impressed with their service and personal treatment. They obviously took our insurance, so I booked an appointment. I knew I needed to have extensive work done that would involve labs and equipment to be made and fitted. Originally, I saw Dr. Kyle Bader, He was an excellent dentist who strived incredibly hard to get everything perfect. I had several appointments, but unfortunately after many visits, I just was not satisfied with the aesthetic results. I am certain it wasn’t because of anything Dr Bader did, or didn’t do. I think I am a unique challenge, and at some point I felt the need for a fresh set of eyes on the case that might prove to be helpful. So I called and asked to see Dr. John Fixari. I was given an appointment that same day. My thought was his family name is on the sign, and he essentially is the face of this long time family dental practice. I explained the situation, and he agreed to take a look. He assured me right away they would do everything possible to make it right, and ultimately me happy no matter what. I will spare you the boring details, but I would estimate I had at least a dozen appointments, multiple times the lab was forced to start over again from scratch. I have been a difficult case for every dentist I have ever seen my entire life. It isn’t the dentist, it’s more my unique underlying anatomy. Long before today’s review, I am absolutely sure they were losing money, probably thousands of dollars. They absorbed the cost of lab fees, appointments, x-rays and scans. Not one time, was I asked to pay for anything additional. I was never treated as though I was a thorn in their side, or a problem case. In fact they were the nicest group of people in a medical practice I have ever encountered. I am happy to report that I am now pleased with the results. Dr Fixari, and this practice were true to their word. All businesses should strive to be like this, but often will fall short when it begins to cost the business money. I highly without question recommend this practice!! Thanks to Dr Bader, Dr Fixari, Dental Assistants: Roxie, Londyn, Kathie, Jenny, and others. If you choose them you will first encounter the nicest, most professional administrative workers you could ever meet. Thanks to you Miss Peggy, and Zack. I always felt welcomed by you. You don’t need to look further. This is the place you should choose.

My mom is 93 years old. She had a cleaning today and her hygienist was Lillian. Super nice lady, wonderful presence conversing with an elderly person. Dr. Beam examined her after her cleaning. He was marvelous while conversing with my mom and you could tell that she appreciated his kindness. I would recommend these two professionals at Fixari.

This place is amazing! Very friendly staff. I’ve had a fear of dentist my entire life. These guys made me feel at ease! Definitely found my new dental doctor! Dr Maggie and Mackenzie were amazing! I even had a tooth extracted and felt literally no pain. My childhood dentist gave me a phobia. This place helped me see that not all dentist are scary!

I would just like to let everyone know that this place is very very professional very very professional atmosphere very clean environment very patient friendly I highly recommend them I’ve dealt with other dentist offices in the past and none of them hold a candle to this place again A plus plus plus rating

I really enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere. Only suggestion is to make sure that each patient is aware of all of the amenities. Myself and my husband had a completely different experience as he was unaware of the massage chair as well as the TV in the room. It was both of our first times there and we were getting our dental cleanings at the same time. But overall, no real complaints and I’m glad that I found them and I’ll be back.

My experience at Fixari Family Dental Clinic was very good. I have a fear of needles, but the staff at the clinic helped me to relax. The procedure I needed was somewhat lengthy, but the staff made me feel comfortable and provided encouragement throughout. I was pleasantly impressed by their bedside manner and their ability to make patients feel safe and at ease, regardless of the procedure. I highly recommend Fixari Dental Clinic.

This dental office provides concierge service. The staff were pleasant and greeted you with a smile. The dental hygienist provided strategies to improve oral health. The dentist was also very relaxed. They also have menus to select your concerns, goals, or modifiers to assist with your comfort. It was definitely impressive to hear about their involvement in community service over the last 20 years. I enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this office.

I had an amazing experience with Nikki at Fixari Dental. She went out of her way to help me better understand how to take care of my dental health, and I’ve honestly never had anyone be so kind, patient, and informative during a visit. When I 1st came here I was unsure that I’d stay. Bur my husband recommended. So I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve been to a number of dentists, but I’ve never felt heard, or comfortable. My dentist Dr. Fisher was & is amazing. He listened from day 1. We made a plan & he stay consistent so that we can reach the end goal. He values his patients & if he believes you’re not happy or hesitant in the slightest way. He goes above & beyond to make sure by the time you leave those feelings are gone & you’re confident and totally satisfied with your decision. He has a great warm, friendly, & caring personality. He’s the best and I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Ashley was incredibly thorough, gentle, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I was running a few minutes late, but she was still welcoming and right on point with everything—attentive, professional, and kind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her patients. I’d highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a great dental hygienist!

Very impressed with the entire Fixari practice. As a new patient, I called in the morning and was seen that same day. I thought I had a cavity, however I needed a tooth extraction. Due to my discomfort Dr. Bobby took the time to extract the tooth. He is very knowledgeable and took the necessary time to explain what was wrong with the tooth. Jaymie the technician was very knowledgeable and caring. She made sure that I was comfortable and checked on me often and instrumental with my care.

Staff is very careful welcoming understanding they calm you down if you are nervous or anxious the doctor is very knowledgeable and explains every single thing he is doing tells you what to expect through the procedure I had doctor Fisher and he is exceptional Sharde was the assistant on my very first visit when I had 15 teeth pulled and she was very calming and reassuring to me before the doctor even appeared in the room so I highly recommend Fixarii dental, today is June 10th I just got my dentures and they fit very well I am very pleased with the way they look and Dr Fisher and Sade and Erica and Sam all worked diligently to get them done and put it back in my mouth they are a great team and I do highly recommend them to everybody

We come in little very late for appointment and I am apologize for late that not excuse for you to keep waiting for us to come in. But front desk lady begin politely with us. She very nice sweet. Couldn’t hide fake smile. Love her. Paige really very good at hygiene and progress quickly. Give some instructions and explanations. She did very good jobs. I know I should have keep clean out of my cavities. 😁 And, she did to my son’s teeth’s. I glad that my son listened to her give him some lessons about brushing teeth. I am so happy Paige gives him some preaching to listen to her. And… Dr. Fisher, I think I like him as our dentist. He does great jobs to finding what goes wrong with our teeth and gum health. I praised the Fixari Dental Family is good service and provides a free nice gifts. That’s why I always wanted go to Fixari Dental Family for long time. I glad that we come!

A few weeks ago, I went into the Canal Winchester office for a procedure. They are always so friendly and helpful there. I was chatting with Dr. Maggie. She is so personable, and I can tell that she cares about her patients. They treat you like family there. I was telling her that my dad has recently passed away. She and her staff expressed their condolences to me. A few days later I received a planter that the office had sent over expressing their condolences for the loss of my father. I was amazed that they took the time to acknowledge what I was going thru at that moment. It made me realize that at this office they go above and beyond to treat you like family. I tell everyone about the planter. They can’t believe that a dentist office sent it. I say to them this office is not a regular dentist office. When you are there, they treat you like family. While visiting the office a few weeks ago for a procedure. I was talking with Dr. Maggie. I mentioned that my dad had passed away recently. Everyone at the Canal Winchester office is alway so friendly and kind. About a few days or so later I received a beautiful planter that the office had sent over to me. I have to say I was floored that my dentist office would take the time to acknowledge me in the middle of my grief. It just made me appreciate them even more especially when I needed it the most. This office and staff go above and beyond making you feel like family. I want to Thank Dr. Maggie and the staff for going above and beyond. I show everyone pictures of the planter they sent. People can’t believe I got it from my dentist office. I can tell that they are taken back by the compassion that your office showed me. Maybe other dentist offices will see this review and take time to listen like Dr. Maggie and her colleagues do. Thanks again for standing out. I will continue to tell people about the best dentist office around. Keep up the great work.

Had a problem with pain in my jaw. Called, and they got me right in, same day. Very lovely and helpful people all around. Specially the lovely lady at the front desk and Sanora (if I’m spelling her name correctly) was very nice and very helpful. She’s a keeper. Dr. J was great. Got right to the problem and had a great solution. He’s really knowledgeable and very professional. The whole place was nice, like walking into a spa. Everyone wanted to take care of me and make me feel comfortable.

Kathy is absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and funny. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! Loved her! Honestly going to see if I can request to have her every time. She kept me laughing, I can’t say enough good things about her! They have the sweetest woman working at the front desk. So friendly and kind. Just a huge light. The only thing that was not my favorite was the woman putting my caps on after. She was more rough and not the nicest. She was a little better after I went back the second time.

I found this place by googling dentists. The building is very nice outside and inside. The waiting room is comfortable with a couch and padded chairs. I liked it so much I made my husband an appt which they were so nice they scheduled our appointments at the same time so we didn’t have to make another trip in. Dr B is very professional and smart. He’s gentle and cares about his patients. The techs are also pretty awesome. Everyone is so helpful and personable. I’ve been here twice and I haven’t been disappointed. They get u in quickly and will start treatment right there after getting a game plan together of u want to. They offer quotes and break down the pricing which is nice. Dr b and the techs do not make u feel bad for lack of dental hygiene. U don’t walk out of there feeling shame and embarrassment. The prices seem pretty reasonable too. Dr b texted us after our visit to check in. Very good dentist. Totally recommend coming here especially if u r in pain, they will treat it right away.

Lashawnda is my absolute favorite person at Fixari! I know I am a difficult case, and most of the girls struggle doing my orthodontist work, but not Lashawnda. She is highly skilled and efficient, when I walk in the room and see she is doing my work I am instantly relieved. And even though I am difficult she still does it with a smile on her face. She deserves a gold star and a raise!

Although I am a fairly new patient of Fixari Family Dental, my experience is so good that I feel I must do a review. There are three Fixari dental offices but I go to the Lewis Center, OH location. I’m 75 years old so I have had a good number of dentists over the years but Fixari Lewis Center is the nicest dental office I have ever seen. It is a fabulous building with a spacious parking lot. The people there are professional, polite and very friendly. This building is filled with state of the art dental equipment. It is quite impressive seeing what the newest technology can do. I just wanted to comment on my most recent dental work which involved my four top front teeth. These teeth, after all my years of use, were pretty rough looking and had stains, deteriorating fillings and decay. They are the teeth most prominently seen by others so I really needed help for both appearance and functionality. They really needed crowns which would require decay removal, teeth shaping, temporary crowns and lastly four top front crowns. When everything was completed over a couple different days, the finished product really exceeded my expectations. The color and construction of the crowns is extremely tooth realistic and they are quite durable. The fit and match to existing teeth is spot on. My smile looks fabulous now. I would give this work a 10 out of 10 for real. Those working on me were Jenny, Kenzie and Dr. Maggie Feazell. They are pros and are so friendly and conversational. They are very patient with anyone asking many questions and they always periodically ask if you are doing ok during any procedures. If you visit this office for a consultation, they will evaluate your present dental condition and will recommend any work you should consider. It’s nice that they work well with dental insurance providers and they will give you a detailed workup statement showing costs and insurance coverage and you can decide what you want to do. I highly recommend Fixari Family Dental to anyone seeking dental services. Other locations are Canal Winchester, OH and Pickerington,OH. Attached photos are Lewis Center location.

Dr Bader was fantastic. He was extremely professional and provided me with excellent dental care. Jenny and Aruna also provided excellent dental care for me. Just moved to the area and selected Fixari in Lewis Center to start dental care. They were exceptionally welcoming. Tammy and Dr John were friendly yet professional. Thanks to Dr. Fisher, Sam and Sharde for excellent and professional care at Fixari Family Dental in Pickerington and Canal Winchester.  All staff was kind, caring and professional.  I appreciate very much their willingness to see me on a Saturday for a broken tooth when I wasn’t even their patient.  I will be returning to them for my regular dental care.  

Their entire staff is always polite, very professional and knowledgeable. I had the best visit today. My appointment started on time and they definitely addressed my concerns and listened to me about what I needed done. I was done in about 45 minutes. I couldn’t ask for better quality service. Fixari is an amazing dentist office. I also appreciate the cleanness of the building.

It was my first time having her as my hygienist, but she was so thorough and talked me through the different stages of the cleaning, giving me pointers for improving my oral health at home. There was no judgment on her part, as she provided me with kind and informative pointers about how to improve my home care routine. Dr. Bobby was fabulous as usual. He talks so effortlessly about all those things personal to you that you feel like you’re going to see a friend, not just a doctor. These folks are the best in town, hands down.

I am so impressed with Fixari Family Dental. My experience includes a dental cleaning as well as repairing a tooth for a new crown.  The new crown will be put on at my next appointment Everyone in the office is efficient, professional, and caring. First time patient here and I had an amazing experience. From walking in the door I was greeted by the reception with a welcoming presence and a big smile. On her way to taking me to the back she gave me a tour of the office. It was very clean and updated as well. Once I was in a room I was greeted by the dental assistant Rocky. She was very pleasant, thorough, and trained very well. She explained everything to me. As well as went over the bill in detail for me. Dr Maggie was amazing as well. She was very nice and thorough as well. She was very gentle while working on me. First time that I have ever been to the dentist office where I didn’t experience any pain. In all my 49 years this was the best dental experience that I have had in my entire life. I would highly recommend this to everyone. I went in because my gums were infected and I had a broken tooth. Dr fisher and sharde helped keep me calm because I have anxiety. They drained the infection, pulled the tooth causing the infection, and gave me the nitrogen gas like I requested. I got to watch the TV while they were performing and they kept asking me how I was doing. Always kept me up to date with what was going on. I recommend them to everyone!

I had a wonderful first experience this morning at the Lewis Center office! The staff was extremely kind and helpful from the moment I walked in, and Dr. Fixari was great. He was able to repair my chipped tooth (with a cool new device that models your teeth) and explained how to prevent it from happening again. Also, I really appreciate how the office is family oriented and focused on doing good in their community 🙂

As someone who doesn’t look forward to visiting the dentist, the experience here was fantastic. The receptionist was very welcoming, the building was very clean and inviting, the hygienist was caring, friendly, and thorough, and the doctor provided me with great detail and options. I felt very comfortable here and recommend to others.

From my 1st visit, I was happy with the positive projection of the employees. From the dentist to the assistants to the front office staff. Everyone had a great positive attitude. In a previous post, you will see where I was charged for missing an appointment but the team at Fixari Dental realize they made a mistake and they credited me on my statement. I go to this dentist group because they always treat me good Dr. Bobby and Kim and the entire team always makes me feel at home and at ease!!

This is a game changer. The way Fixari and their entire staff take care of their patients puts old school dentistry in the distant past. The atmosphere is extremely caring and gentle and the facility is sparkling clean. All the newest techniques and technology are used here including imagery that uses 90% less radiation. Very important for anyone concerned with thyroid cancer. I received excellent information, education and answers to all of my questions. If you are a first-time patient someone will give you a tour of the entire beautiful facility. All 8 dentists are Ohio State University graduates with up-to-date technology and experience. I am relieved they offer fluoride treatments! I cannot remember the last time I was this impressed. They have a customer for life. ADDING an update: Fixari continues to invest in the newest technology! For anyone needing to get imressions of their teeth for braces or invisaliners, the goop method is gone and replaced with super easy imagery!! My relief today was huge!!

UPDATE: I have been a patient at Fixari for a little over 4 years and my experience has been great. I have been to each location and have always been greeted with a smile and treated with plenty of patience. I have braces so I get services from the dental and ortho team and when I’m having anxiety they are quick to ensure that I’m comfortable. I have a high pain threshold but these braces have been a painful experience and challenging at times. They educate me so that I have the right tools to clean my teeth and keep my gums healthy. I’m thankful to be in their care and I can’t think of another place for this type of treatment. I am going to miss DR Lawrence he has been good to me and his staff has done a great job keeping me comfortable and Shawna and Julie have been awesome. Ibdon’t know what i would do without them..I just love them… today I graduated from half of my braces and I can’t be happier! Thank you for all you do! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I was not established as a new patient yet but when I called they were able to get me in with 2 hours. I had an excellent experience with Tommy and Dr. Bader! They explained what they were doing at every step, checked in repeatedly as they were working to ensure I was doing well, and offered a number of options to help with comfort as desired (such as noise-cancelling headphones, aromas, heated chair options, and options for pain management (among others)). I would highly recommend!

John Fixari is a great guy and dentist. Peggy at the front desk is always great to see and is always so kind to my me and my family. Dianne was well taken care of today by hygienist Tammy, who was very attentive to her comfort needs, from settling into the chair to getting her through her dental cleaning. DR. Maggie was thorough in communicating with Dianne about her personal home care, and her choices for future care. We came away understanding Dianne’s best path forward.

I love the experience! From the fresh baked cookies and hot coffee in the lobby, to the professional, yet friendly, work conversation of the dentists and other staff, this place makes going to the dentist a totally good event. I used to stress so badly before going to the dentist. Now, I know they are going to give me a very nice appointment. No stress!

I just had my routine dental cleaning with Fixari Family Dental and I had a 10/10 experience! Paige was my hygienist and she was very gentle while taking my X-rays and cleaning my teeth! Dr. Fisher was my doctor and I really appreciated how he took the time to explain all of my X-rays to me. He was very thorough; from checking on my gums, looking for any cavities, and even an oral cancer screening! They were both very friendly and made me feel at ease in the dental chair. Would send all of my family and friends to them!

Dr Laurence was the best orthodontist ever, he payed close attention to my teeth. He was very helpful, hospitable and kind. Reghan, Leshanda, Avriana, and Megan and many others were the best assistants ever. They were kind made me laugh and were super down to earth. I hate to hear that Dr Laurence is leaving I am very displeased with that decision. I hope his next journey goes amazing for him.

Mannnnn!!! This was such a great experience! From the moment I called to actually appearing at my appointment they were friendly and accommodating. In the appointment I was given a tour and offered refreshments. I have never had such a patient oriented experience at the dentist office! They have massage and heated chairs, tvs, headphones, aroma therapy you name it! I would definitely recommend everyone to come!

They care for your emotional and mental needs with relaxation therapies (heat massaging chairs, aromatherapy, sedation, etc) to provide a stress-free and painless experience. They support the local community through many events and donations.

This was my first visit. It was very pleasant for sure. Know you’re always nervous to go to a new dentist, but it exceeded my expectation. I will give them more stars. If I could. My technician was great. My dentist was great. The place was very clean the reception at the front desk greeted me made me feel right at home. Thank you very much. I had the best experience last night. I had to have four of my bottom teeth removed to have a partial put in Dr. Bobby and all his staff did an awesome job on keeping me calm and pain-free to have the teeth removed. This group of people treat you like family and with respect and take into consideration your feelings and your concerns. I will always come back to this location.

5 stars all across the board. I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. They take everything into consideration and make you feel at home. A blanket, heated and massage chair, refreshments, the works! I didn’t feel so bad leaving knowing I have to return in a couple of weeks for some additional services. My first experience with Fixari was a week ago when my front tooth chipped. Fixari was the 5th dentist office I called for an emergency appointment and they got me in asap. I got a root canal from Dr. Bader and a temporary crown that happened to fall off this week (temps are finicky) and they responded the SAME and fixed it today on a Saturday! Sabrina really honed in and made sure that the fix was perfected and to my liking and the temp crown feels so much better! The first impression of this practice really blew me away and I’m looking forward to making this practice my primary dental care going forward!

I haven’t been to a dentist in over 12-15 years. Reason being is the thought of one makes my stomach turn. I’ve always had rough and bad experiences going to one.My first impressions when arrived, woah this place looks fancy. Front desk, very professional and helpful. Got a new customer gift which was a beanie. They gave me a tour around the facility which was very cool to see. The young lady who was in my room was a total sweetheart. The minute I knew this place was where I’d call home was when (I wish I remembered her name) asked me what’s changed in the last year. I was thinking like dental wise? She said “No just in life”. I thought I was being pranked. I thought, nobody has ever asked how life’s been. We chatted for a while and she was so genuine and friendly and it felt like she actually cared about who she was treating. Got X-rays done and when Dr. Bobby came in. That’s THE MAN. Straight shooter and very good at giving me the game plan, no extras just straight to the point. When I agreed to get some teeth pulled since there was no saving them due to my wisdom tooth, I heard him say “YES! I get to help you feel better!” He did an awesome job of making sure I wouldn’t feel any pain. The wisdom tooth was harder to get out than expected but he made it happen and it honestly wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had. You know what really confirmed it all, when I was home and went to bed, he called twice and then called my wife and genuinely was asking how I was doing and how well I handled it. I’ve never had anyone ever call to check up on me after a procedure. Top notch work and they all go above and beyond what you’d expect. Thank you to everyone who was so welcoming. You’ve earned a new customer and you will get to meet my wife and kids as well.

What an absolutely pleasant experience. I had my first appointment at the Pickerington location today. Carolyn was so sweet and so professional, the office is beautiful and clean. I have not had the best experiences with Dental offices, but today I’ve found my forever dental family! I will be recommending Fixari to everyone I know!

Went out of Fixari dental crying… Dr Bobby, Ms Sami and Ms Kim gave me the best smile I could ask for. They were wonderful. When you walk in the door you greeted with good morning. very professional service from start to finish. the lobby had complimentary water/hot drinks. very clean bathroom. even got a small gift before i went back to see the dentist. high tech equipment that made it quicker when I was getting my x-rays and cleaning. staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative, thank you Trinity, Paige and Shardae! questions were asked to get to know my personal fears and journey with the dentist, which made me feel like they truly cared about making sure i was comfortable! Paige cleaned my teeth gently and thoroughly, she was a sweetheart. the grand finale was the dentist himself! Dr. Fisher was very kind, very smart, very personable and very attractive. I am so happy i picked this office for my dental care. my teeth are in good hands!

I seen the Hygienist Liz and Dr. Wes during my last visit for a routine cleaning. Liz was very gentle and took her time during the cleaning assuring I was comfortable every step of the way and Dr. Wes performed a thorough check at the end! I left my appointment very satisfied. Switched Dentist after many years for several reasons. I was nervous and skeptical as I have had dental issues my whole life! Dr. Maggie and dental assistant Jennie, took care of all my anxiety! I was leaving on a tropical vacation In 2 weeks and discovered I had a dental issue that could.cause problems on vacation if not addressed. Dr Maggie actually came in on her day off to personally handle my dental care needs. There was a lot more courtesy and kindness through the whole process that I can’t fit on this review. Just know, in that short period of time, I was confident in my dentist and my way to making a new friend. Thank you!

Fixari Orthodontics is a great place. Especially Doctor Lawrence! Every time my daughter had an appointment, we were greeted by very nice people. Doctor Lawrence was truly amazing and make sure we understood each process every step of the way. His dental assistant were amazing as well. I have always had issues with dentist my entire life. A broken wisdom tooth required a visit and I decided to give the Fixari practice a try after reading the great reviews. I was met by Kennedy when I arrived and she was very friendly. After getting to the treatment room I met Reghan and Dr. John. Both listened to the issues I had with other dentist and guaranteed me that they would do everything they could to make me comfortable. They did an outstanding job and the extraction went off without a hitch. I am already planning on addressing other issue with them. I wish I had found a dental practice like this before. They are caring, friendly and genuine. I highly recommend the Fixari Dental practice to you. You will not be disappointed. (November 5, 2024) UPDATE: Had my cleaning done today and it is the first time I remember actually being able to tolerate it. Aruna did a wonderful job and made me extremely comfortable during the entire process. This group continues to impress each time I go.
