I have never left a dental clinic feeling good about my situation or my experience. Time and again, I’ve left feeling unhappy, fearful of the outcome, and like things were not explained to me. I’m always frustrated by the lack of communication by most healthcare providers because they seem to lack appreciation for the average person’s ignorance of medical procedures. I did not go to school for this so whatever you are telling me, or not telling me, I have to trust that you’re making the right call in my best interest. Yesterday, all of this negativity changed. This was the best experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider of any kind. I was very nervous and I did not want to be there at all, but I knew it had to be done and that the alternative was going to be much worse. I have a phobia of dentistry and I think the entire experience is unpleasant. To be honest, it was still unpleasant, but that’s on me because everyone here was simply amazing. I’ve been to 6 dentists in Franklin County and I will confidently say that none of them match up to Fixari. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm. I also experienced a great deal of nostalgia because this is the building my doctors office was in during my entire childhood, and I love what you’ve done with the place. It’s incredible to see it still bustling with so many kind natured people who genuinely care about the patients outcome. I wish I came here years sooner. I really do. Please forgive me for not remembering their names, but everyone was exceptional. The very affable woman I initially saw for my exam before the dentist came by, and everyone else who came over to assist from that point on, are incredible at what they do. They felt very open and kind and I appreciate the little things they did to ease the discomfort and distract me from the excruciating pain I was experiencing. I do remember the name of the very remarkable dentist that I had and his name is Dr Bobby. You have my sincerest thanks for taking care of my concerns and being accommodating at every step of the process. You took the time to explain everything and addressed all of my questions and concerns in great detail. I never felt as though you were in a hurry to get away from me even though I know you had other patients to care for. I appreciate your highly spirited and humble demeanor and your direct communication. For as long as you are practicing, you will be my only dentist. I think if you are reading this and considering going to Fixari, you should. I called in the morning and they saw me the same day and performed everything right there. I love that. I’ve been to dentists in the past who took the initial exam and then wanted to schedule it weeks out. I never ended up going because that gave me too much time to contemplate the worst case scenario. While I’m still not a fan of receiving dental care in any capacity, I am now a fan of this office and everyone who took care of me yesterday. You have my deepest gratitude for your compassion and your seriously trained skills! I had one tooth pulled and a filling performed and it was flawless. Every time you took those sharp objects out, my instincts said to grab your hand away. But my trust was not misplaced as you very skillfully completed each procedure PAIN FREE (mostly). THANK YOU! 😁

My entire family has been going to Fixari for several years and it’s been a great experience for myself, husband, and our kids. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We never feel like a burden and they often go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We go to two locations and have never had an issue. One of my daughters recently got braces and Julie from the Canal location was very calm and helpful as she explained everything to her before it happened so my daughter felt more comfortable and my daughter was very happy with her experience despite not wanting braces. The doctors are understanding, empathetic, and patient as well in both locations we visit. I highly recommend Fixari!

Fixari was great in the beginning. Things went downhill for me after my regular dentist left. I kept having different dentists at each visit. I’m not fond of having different doctors looking at me. My braces journey wasn’t great either. Many of the assist liked to rush through things. I mentioned to the orthodontist after my braces were removed and I was wearing my retainer at night as instructed that my front teeth separate after removing the retainer in the morning. He said he would fit me with a permanent retainer. Well that never happened and his schedule and mine never coordinated well seeing how he travels from NE Ohio to Columbus. Another thing that didn’t sit well with me was the building of the Lewis Center location while their Kimberly Pkwy location was falling apart and lacking the care that the Canal Winchester location has.

I had my first visit there about a month ago now and it was the NICEST dental experience I’ve ever had. The office was clean and very welcoming, the staff top tier and they genuinely cared about your comfort and the overall experience. If you’re looking for a new dental office, this is the place to go. Comfortably during your entire visit is the main focus, meaning you’re their top priority from the time you walk in until you leave. Thank you for making my experience so great! 😁

Dr. Wes, both Emily’s and Carla are amazing! Mrs. Rachel at the front desk is a doll! They do everything to make you feel comfortable and well cared for! They have blankets if you are cold, aromatherapy, headphones with music, etc. I tell everyone to go to them. I truly love Dr. Wes and the staff! I have found my forever dentist! I wish I could give way more stars!

I recently had my first visit to Dr. Bader’s dental practice and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Bader and his dental assistant, Rocky, provided exceptional care, addressing all of my personal needs with professionalism and genuine concern. The practice itself is clean and well-organized, reflecting their commitment to high standards. I was pleasantly surprised with a welcome bag filled with thoughtful goodies, adding a special touch to my visit. Overall, Dr. Bader and Rocky delivered a top-notch experience, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality dental care.

Paul Had a bad tooth, with pain, called their office and they were able to get me in that same day. Dr. John and his staff are a different breed. i have searched for a great dentist since mine retired. i feel like I have found my dentist. dr bader is a replication of my old dentist. kind, caring, cares more about my needs than finances. savanna and rocky just added to the success of my experience. i have found my dentist and hope i don’t need to change again. this place has met all my needs andi look forward to going instead of being fearful. i would recommend them to anyone!

Thanks to Dr. Bader & Assistant Jaymie, I was able to enjoy the holiday weekend! I woke up with severe tooth pain & reached out to several dentist offices around Columbus as I needed emergency help asap! To my luck, Fixari was able to get me in within the hour. They took some X-rays & ran a few tests and concluded that I needed an emergency root canal. They did it right then & there! They made sure I was comfortable & were so attentive & gentle. I have returned to Fixari after denying myself dental help for a long time. I used to go to the Eastland location when I was a teen, so I was already familiar with the company. I am satisfied with my experience today and happy that I chose to go back to the company for dental work. The Staff was really nice and Dr. Bader did a great job. London was really nice and I don’t remember the first lady’s name but she was a doll also. I was quickly taken back to the room to be seen when I got there, so no time was wasted. Great experience and definitely will continue getting my dental work done at the Canal Winchester location.

Being a current client for the past few years, going into the office, everyone’s vibes remain cheerful, polite, great vibes, and very welcoming at each appointment! I see Dr Chaney at this office and he is by far the BEST dentist I’ve ever seen. He’s very caring, kind and he definitely make you feel at ease. I have been to many different dentists and he is the very best. I also had Samari as the dental assistant and she was so awesome as well. She make you feel very comfortable and really caring. I was terrified going to the dentist yesterday. I was having a temporary bridge put in. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left everyone was so nice. Dr Bobby and his team were amazing. Usually when I have a lengthy dentist appt I’m so sore afterwards and can barely open my mouth for a couple of days. I have had barely any discomfort. I’m still in shock because I’ve never had such a plenty experience at any dentist. THEY ARE AMAZING!!

I was in need of an extraction and a friend of mine recommended Fixari Dental. I got in quickly and Dr. Chaney removed the tooth with minimal pain. I had been going through another place to get dentures but my teeth were falling apart faster than I could get in to get them pulled. Dr Chaney told me he could have me in dentures in a month and that’s just what happened. Dr. Chaney and his assistants Shawna and Savanah are awesome! In fact everyone there was very nice and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. For years I tried not to smile and now I can’t smile enough. I get lots of compliments and it’s all due to Fixari Dental and Dr. Chaney and his two assistants Shawna and Savannah. I’m so glad I followed my friends advice.

Fixari Family Dental did an amazing job on my teeth. In a day when customer service seems to be a dying art, their customer service is phenomenal; from the front desk staff, dental assistants and Dr. Bobby. I can’t thank you enough. I’m a new client and definitely will be returning and referring family and friends!! Once again, I received excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!!!

This is a game changer. The way Fixari and their entire staff take care of their patients puts old school dentistry in the distant past. The atmosphere is extremely caring and gentle and the facility is sparkling clean. All the newest techniques and technology are used here including imagery that uses 90% less radiation. Very important for anyone concerned with thyroid cancer. I received excellent information, education and answers to all of my questions. If you are a first-time patient someone will give you a tour of the entire beautiful facility. All 8 dentists are Ohio State University graduates with up-to-date technology and experience. I am relieved they offer fluoride treatments! I cannot remember the last time I was this impressed. They have a customer for life. ADDING an update: Fixari continues to invest in the newest technology! For anyone needing to get imressions of their teeth for braces or invisaliners, the goop method is gone and replaced with super easy imagery!! My relief today was huge!!

The absolute BEST Dentist in town. Like most, dentist visits are rarely pleasant or met without some sense of anxiety. However, when I say this was the best dental experience I have ever had, there is no exaggeration. From the welcome received upon arrival with the most pleasant and accommodating staff I’ve ever encountered to the entire staff. However, the icing on the cake was Dr. Chaney, Ms. Savannah, and Ms. Shauna… I call them the dynamic duo. Tender, compassionate, informative, and thoughtful all while explaining options to correct a problem. There aren’t enough accolades to describe the wonderful experience and the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Chaney and his team are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I always have such a great experience at Fixari, with a huge part of that being because of my hygienist, Lori! She is always so kind, and takes her time to ensure my experience is great. This place changed my whole opinion on dentistry. I’ve been going here since 2019? I believe? They are amazing. Bedside manner and professionalism is A1. They help you understand everything and make sure you’re aware of procedures, payment, etc. They’re amazing with kids.. and I’d say I’ve been cured of anxiety with the dentist. I thought I had written a review before but after my mom told about her awful experience with her dentist I came to make sure I did and I don’t see it. Dr. Maggie and her team are top drawer. Very caring and very professional, every time we make a visit for their dental care. Jenny and McKenzie are very attentive and very caring, answering your questions and making helpful suggestions. Dr. Maggie is very knowledgeable and explains each diagnosis and procedure, while being very sensitive to any doubts or discomfort you might be experiencing. They know what they are doing and that quality is very re-assuring as a patient seeking their dental know-how.

I needed dentures and I was very anxious about how they would look. From the first visit to the last they made me feel comfortable and reassured me that they knew what they were doing. I’ve only been a patient at Fixari for a little over a year now but I have consistently received outstanding care. From routine check ups to more complex procedures, the team at Fixari has always gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Recently got a cleaning and followed up with fillings a week later. Kate who did the cleaning was amazing very professional and super nice. Dr Wes was very educational and knowledgeable. Also Carla who actually did the fillings was very sweet and kind. Did an amazing job at adjusting the biteafter wards. Overall the whole staff was pleasant to deal with and a great experience.

I had my braces journey with the Fixari at Canal Winchester and I couldn’t be happier!! They made my teeth so beautiful, and were so sweet and kind everyday! Especially Jaymie, Megan and LaShawnda! I love love love my results and love love love Fixari! Also their cookies are absolutely delicious. 😋

First visit was great. Savannah the assistant was very sweet and friendly. Dr. Chaney has a great chair side approach and very friendly. Asked what my visit was for since I am new to them. Explained all of my concerns. He listened to what I had to say then we discussed it. No pressure for extra work to be done. Very understanding about my concerns and money matters. I would highly recommend them. I actually look forward to my next visit in a couple weeks for work to be done and we all know no one enjoys going to the dentist.

I can’t believe that I my dental visit to get a crown involved no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I previously had a somewhat similar procedure done by another dentist (not Fixari) years ago which was horrible and the most uncomfortable dental experience ever, but Fixari’s dentist numbed me correctly and did an excellent job. I was pleasantly surprised.

My Wife and I and 4 of our kids have been patients of this dental office for 28 yrs. Obviously we trust the care we receive there and have also been pleased with the professionalism and compassion shown us by staff. We believe that they have our best interest in mind while taking care of our dental needs. We all highly recommend them to any one searching for dental care.

Decided to come to Fixari as my prior dentist was too far away and I was ready for a change in atmosphere. Scheduling was easy, the amenities they offer (massage chairs, blankets, snacks & beverages) were above and beyond, and I received great and friendly care from all of the staff- the receptionist, as well as Rocky, Carla, Ashley, and Dr. Wes! I definitely don’t dread dentist appointments anymore!

I’m Gail and I had a wonderful appointment today seeing Dr. Bobby and Sami. I am using the assistants account that helped me, I don’t have google. I walked in unable to chew with shooting pain and walked out with the problem solved in time for Thanksgiving! What I said was listened to and honored. Cold water on my teeth bothers me a lot. They worked around it. They were professional, kind, and efficient. They answered my questions and sent me home in much better shape than when I came in. I definitely would recommend them. I don’t have a google email so I’m sending this review this way. That’s how much I want you to know that they provide great service!

My experience with Dr Fisher was amazing. I am one that is Extremely Affraid of dental work and Dr Fisher put ALL of my fears at ease. He explained everything that I needed and referred me to their office in Pickerington in which I had to have a tooth pulled. They were equally as nice friendly and professional.Everything went well and I am grateful for their kind, courteous, professional, and just an all around great office that I’d HIGHLY recommend them. I had 2 appointments on Friday, 10/20 at the Canal Winchester location. My first appointment was for ortho and I was seen by Dr. Lawrence who was assisted by Lashawnda and Jaime. Despite being very busy, Dr. Lawrence and the girls took their time to make sure my braces were getting the proper attention and adjustments to move my treatment along. Always very friendly at my monthly visits and treat me like I’m part of the family. My second appointment was for my routine cleaning with the Hygienist Ashley and exam with Dr. Bobby. I was Ashley’s last patient of the day and she did a phenomenal job! She took her time and was very thorough. One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had and that’s With braces. And Dr. Bobby, I just can’t say enough good things. In my opinion, he is one of the best Dentists in Columbus! He is very thorough, listens to your concerns, cares about his patients, very informative when recommending treatment and the work he does speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Fixari!! Comfortable environment, friendly and caring staff, 3 convenient locations and you’re sure to receive the best dental care in the city.

I really was overly satisfied. Dr Fisher was awesome in explaining the dental plan and Averyana was awesome she really made me feel so comfortable and just a beautiful spirited young lady. I use to be a regular years ago but after retiring I didn’t have any dental insurance. I do now and I will be coming back and referring all my family and friends.

The entire staff & Dr. Bobby have been AMAZING throughout my dental process, from start to finish. Dr. Bobby is extremely knowledgeable in his profession, and both my wife & I felt very comfortable with asking any questions we had along the way. Fixari Dental, from the friendly front desk receptionist to the hands on dental staff are all exceptional in their care and kindness.

I have been a part of the Fixari Family Dental for 10 years now I won’t go anywhere else they treat you as family and always friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience today just showed me how much more they care for their patients. I was so scared to have my tooth pulled but Dr. Bobby made it so relaxing and calm that I didn’t even know he pulled my tooth. I will keep coming back to this office they treat you like family.

OK, dentists that I’m comfortable with her a while and I definitely found it with Fixari. Upon arriving I can smell cookies baking and they were offered as well as coffee. Then I was given a tour of the facility and everything and every room was explained to me in detail they work very well with me on all my financial options and dental options Dr. Wes and Emily did an outstanding job. I am very impressed and help to build a good relationship with Fixari.

This office is the best. Dr. Eric Lawrence is always polite he explains everything to you. He comes from Cleveland, Ohio so we didn’t have to go to another office for my daughter’s braces. His assistant Lashawnda is the Best I highly recommend her. She is the only one I trust to take care of my daughter. She didn’t make her cry like the other assistants he had. So if you need braces or a consult please go to Fixari in Canal Winchester. Great experience. If I could give them 20 stars I would.

A 5 star experience every time I walk through the door! My entire family comes here and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Dr. Wes and Carla always do such a great job with making my family feel welcomed and comfortable. I am forever grateful for the service Fixari can provide to me, my family and the community.

I’m proud of my smile now after years of feeling self-conscious, thanks to Fixari Family Dental. Dr. West and his staff Emily, and Shandry are awesome; they were gentle, listened to my concerns, and were very responsive throughout the process of placing 13 crown veneers. Highly recommended for a confident smile transformation!

This is a revised review based on further experience with this practice. Long story short, I had a root canal get reinfected because the tooth had fractured under the crown. Because it was essentially a dead tooth, I couldn’t feel the infection, so it really could’ve been much more serious. Dr. Wes extracted it for me, and it was a brutal extraction because of the infection. I don’t even know how Dr. Wes was able to handle me writhing and wailing in his chair, but he was so patient and so compassionate and determined to get it extracted that night to get me out of pain. The temporary bridge hasn’t been a picnic because my bite is uneven, causing pain on the other side. Of course, my mind went right to infection. I called the office on Friday afternoon and the receptionist put Dr. Wes on the phone. He was able to look at my x-rays and diagnose the issue over the phone and put my mind at ease. He moved my appointment for the permanent bridge up a week to the following Monday to get me out of pain again. Yes, I have to deal with pain this weekend, but I can live with it, thanks to the reassurance of Dr. Wes. Has anyone ever had a weekend of tooth aches where it hasn’t been a total nightmare? I’m amazed by Dr. Wes’s compassion, knowledge, problem solving and his super hero ability to turn a toothache weekend totally around!

I drove my father 45min to Fixari because they were one of the offices that would accept his insurance. The first visit was wonderful. We learned more about what was causing his issue from their X-rays than we had at our local dentist and we have a plan to fix the underlying concerns and try to get his current dentures to work to save money out of pocket. I’m thankful I brought him here and I am grateful for the staff’s helpfulness with his limited mobility and willingness to give him a better quality of life.

Absolutely Amazing Office!!! The Dentist and all the Staff actually care about you. I had an abscess called my original Dentist they said the soonest we can see you is in 5 months, I called Dr Bobby and they said can you be here in an hour. The best Dentist, hygienists, and reception staff I’ve ever came across!!!! 😀

My Mom, who has dementia is in a memory care center nearby and they recommended that we try your office for dental care. The kindness, the care, the concern and the professionalism that you showed my Mom just warmed my heart! The entire staff, from the ladies that helped me schedule Mom, the ladies that greeted us when we arrived to the hygienist and Dr. Bobbie really impressed my Mom and I! I am super happy as a patient with Fixari Dental. Dr. Maggie is the best! My appt. today was to fit my new implant. Dr. Maggie and Ms. Jenny genuinely cared about if I was happy with how my implant looked and felt. Dr. Maggie made a few needed adjustments to ensure I was happy with my implant. She is always so patient and bubbly. Thank you Dr. Maggie for ALWAYS making me feel so comfortable and showing how much you care!

Dr Leghuel has excellent bedside manner, my mother has dementia and he has been able to build her an upper plate. Even with the repetitive questioning, he answered every question, always made sure that she was comfortable and educated me very well on how to help her take care of her teeth. He has excellent technique with Novocaine and most of our visits have been entirely pain-free!

There was only a few minutes wait when I arrived. The dental technician who cleaned my teeth was extremely thorough. My gums are a little sore in two places but that is a result of the effort it took to remove heavy plaque buildup. My dentist’s assessment of my teeth was detailed and honest. He advised no current work was needed but that he anticipated I would need to replace one or two fillings in the future . I have always enjoyed coming to Fixari Dental because the staff genuinely cares about their patients. My dentist and I have become good friends.

As someone who is irrationally terrified of the dentist, I cannot put into words how wonderful my experience was. Starting with scheduling my appointment. Everyone was very kind and extremely informative. They checked in several times to make sure I was comfortable and feeling ok. They provided several different referrals for oral surgeons in case their surgeon isn’t available soon enough. Definitely glad I chose this dentist.

I just had a tooth pulled the doctor matt absolutely phenomenal. Pulled it zero issues. From sign in until I left all Staff was amazing. What an amazing facility. I have been a patient here for a little over a year. Although my patient experience is usually great, today’s appointment was clear that they took it even a step further. the staff was extremely friendly (to each other and patients). My hygienist was Rina. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and had an upbeat spirit. I felt comfortable, Rina was very gentle (especially when flossing around my permanent retainer), and I felt like this was one of my best cleanings yet. Dr. Fisher was thorough with my dental evaluation and highlighted progress from my last visit. Overall, I continue to be impressed with Fixari. Major shoutout to Rina- she’s a great addition to the team. Glad to call this place my dental home.

This office is amazing! I was sent here for a specialized procedure and chose to change all my dental care to them! Everyone from check i. To check out is So nice and they answer all my questions. OMG! Best dentist experience I had in over 15 years. Dr. West is a godsend. I’m allergic to a list of medications and non medications. I lived in Ohio for 8 years and been looking for a dentist that can help me with my mouth without telling me that they can’t help me because I have too many allergies and I’m a walking lawsuit ready to happen because of all my allergies so instead of them helping me they all kept refusing to help me. It made me give up and at the same time making things worse. I found Fixari Family Dentist and prayed that they will help me and not push me away because of my allergies. Instead of them pushing me away they embraced me. They welcomed me and instantly said they will take care of me and that’s exactly what they are doing. This is my second visit with Dr. West and his staff and I didn’t get pushed out or running out the door crying because I can’t get anybody to help me and my dental issues. This is the FIRST time I felt comfortable and calm in any dentist office. I have anxiety disorder issues especially with Dental offices but Dr. West, Carla and Sabrina treated me soooooo well that I myself forgot I have bad anxiety disorder. I do recommend anyone especially those with anxiety disorders to visit Fixari Family Dental and let them treat your dental needs at the same time of keeping your anxiety levels down. Had my 6 month cleaning at the Canal Winchester location. I think this was by far the best appointment I’ve had since being a Fixari client over ten years. Rina was so welcoming. She made me feel very calm because I hate going to the dentist (hate the fact that someone has their hands in my mouth). She answered any questions I had. After all these years of going to this dentist office, Rina was the first to tell me about the message option in the chairs lol. This was the best appointment!

I typically love Fixari been going there for years .unfortunately this year I have experienced major billing issues as in being over billed for procedures that my insurance covers . In addition to a filling i received & a week later I’m feeling more discomfort than when originally going in . I really pray that all works out in the end . And these issues are resolved .

My first experience with Fixari Family Dental has been wonderful. Everyone I met today was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable from the first hello from Jessica at the front desk to meeting Dr Maggie after all the X-rays and such were taken. Katie, the hygienist, did an excellent job explaining my dental problem and the procedures needed to remedy it. And Addisyn, the xray technician, was very gentle and patient. I’m very satisfied with Fixari Family Dental and feel I’ll be very happy here. Thanks for making my initial experience a pleasant one.

As soon as me and my daughters stepped foot through the door…from the receptionist, dental hygienist Elana and Reina and doctor West are all so amazing. They are all so pleasant and was especially nice to my little ones. Me and my entire family go here and I recommend Fixari to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!

Dr.Brice and his assistant Averyanna are amazing! She presented a treatment that was a little pricey for my dad who’s an older guy but then she told him about care credit. She helped him apply and he got approved and they got him together after being in pain! My dad was very thankful for them! Thank you Averyanna, you were absolutely amazing hun.

I have been coming here for 5+ years and happy each time! Dr.Bobby took the time after hours to speak to me about any concerns I had, even though they were minor haha. He even makes sure to ease any anxiety before a procedure, as it’s common for me. Very sorry I didn’t catch my hygienist name, but she was very sweet and knowledgeable. I am hoping to look into their no insurance program for my boyfriend as the quality of care is definitely there! Thanks again Fixari staff, or should I say “my pleasure” !!

I have been a patient at Fixari for a little over 4 years and so far my experience has been pleasant. I have been to each location and have always been greeted with a smile and treated with plenty of patience. I have braces so I get services from the dental and ortho team and when I’m having anxiety they are quick to ensure that I’m comfortable. I have a high pain threshold but these braces have been a painful experience and challenging at times. They educate me so that I have the right tools to clean my teeth and keep my gums healthy. I’m thankful to be in their care and I can’t think of another place for this type of treatment.

LaShawnda with orthodontics is the absolute best! In the words of my son “ She is so kind, amazing, patient and very fast. ” She eases his anxiety. She understands that as a family we want to be in and out quickly. She always has a pleasant attitude and is very welcoming. She is our favorite for sure. We are very thankful for you!

Dr. Bobby is extremely professional and always seems willing to go well out of his way to help. The staff I’ve interacted with seem more than kind and willing to accommodate in any way they can, from flexible payment options to a bottle of water. Dr. Bobby has been a great help to me over the past 2 years and I appreciate them all very much.

UPDATE: A representative from the office reached out after seeing my review and researching my record. She was apologetic on behalf of the company and admitted that there had been an error. She explained the circumstances and rectified my account. I appreciate the company’s follow-up and the sincerity of the person I spoke with. I was not asked to update this review, but offered to do so due to the prompt response from the company. –Dec. 2022 This office sent a bill to another member of my household in December 2022 for a service provided to me more than two years prior, in September 2020, stating that the balance was due within 10 days. No bills had ever been sent to me up to that point (and technically still have not, since I am the insured on the account and the person who received service, but not the person they addressed the bill to) and the bill received in 2022 has no details or information on it, just an amount due. I was told by their office staff that they had just recently decided to go back through old records and send bills out that they had missed. I have not even been a patient there for more than two years because my experience back in 2020 was less than pleasant. Watch out for shady billing practices.

Dr. Fischer and staff is super welcoming, I’m a new patient and my very first visit he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns for myself and my teenage son! After which we came up with a plan on dental care going forward and even provided me with referral for braces and the extraction of my sons wisdoms! I feel completely like family when I visit i have tons of rapport and laughter Alexis and Dr. Fischer! I’m glad I stumbled on Fixar family dentistry! Give them a try you’ll be happy you did!!!! Also shout out to the front desk as they start the welcoming of the visit!!!

I have been going to this location for 2 years now and they are the best in town. Workers are good and professional. I saw Emily this evening, and she treated me well. She did a nice cleaning, pulled my previous xray, took her time to explain things to me; what i can do and avoid to have strong and healthy teeth and gum.

Rina just did my cleaning at the Canal Winchester location this afternoon. It’s been almost two years since my last one and I have extremely sensitive teeth. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous!! Rina was amazing!! She was truly concerned, sweet and gentle. Most importantly… my teeth look gorgeous!! I will never let another dental hygienist touch these pearly whites. As soon as I arrived, they were ready for me. The receptionist was very nice. I had a great experience with my hygienist, Rima. She was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. It was such a pleasant experience that time flew by, I didn’t even realize it was over. The reason for the visit was a broken tooth. From the time I made the appointment to sitting in the chair was less than 24 hours. Everyone made me feel welcome and cared for. Averyana, Sabrina and Dr Wes were all accommodating and compassionate. I am a nervous patient since childhood and they all made me feel safe and secure. I am happy I found a practice that I feel comfortable going to and keep coming back to. Thank you!

I switched to Dr. Bobby years ago after having a bad experience with the dentist I had at the time. I’ve interacted with multiple staff members over the years and I can honestly say they are the nicest group of people I’ve ever met in one place. Every single person at Fixari is friendly and kind and now I kind of look forward to going to the dentist!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist hands down. The staff are amazing. In most places, time is money, and they rush you through everything. Here, they actually took time to talk and listen to me about my concerns and how to best communicate with me about my teeth BEFORE they even did anything. (Thank you Jenny) I could go on and on but I won’t I’ll just say that while I went in filled with dread about this necessary evil, lol, for the first time in a long time, I left a dentist appointment feeling good about my teeth (and with no tears). If you, like me, have had a lifelong fear/mistrust of dentists, please give them a chance to change your mind.

The Hygienist Ms.Rina who cleaned my teeth today made me felt very relaxed, and her caring ways was very welcomed! The end results of my teeth been cleaned was superb! Keep up the great work Ms. Rina ! This world needs more people like you in it where going to the Dentist makes it a welcoming relaxing experience!!!!!!
