Dr. Loparich and the entire Fixari Staff are absolutely amazing!! My son became really anxious about being sedated before having his wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone took time with him and gave him the caring reassurance we both needed. In less than an hour, he was back in the comfort of Mommy’s care. On Friday, the day after his surgery, he got a call from the staff to ensure he had a great experience and on Saturday Dr. Loparich called him personally. I have always had issues with dentist my entire life. A broken wisdom tooth required a visit and I decided to give the Fixari practice a try after reading the great reviews. I was met by Kennedy when I arrived and she was very friendly. After getting to the treatment room I met Reghan and Dr. John. Both listened to the issues I had with other dentist and guaranteed me that they would do everything they could to make me comfortable. They did an outstanding job and the extraction went off without a hitch. I am already planning on addressing other issue with them. I wish I had found a dental practice like this before. They are caring, friendly and genuine. I highly recommend the Fixari Dental practice to you. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. John and his team are truly amazing. I just started going there and had my first exam and cleaning, then had crowns put in. I had a bad experience at a previous dentist with crowns. I entered Fixari family dental with a cracked tooth emergency on a Saturday morning and Dr John, Kathy & Sabrina made room for me in their busy schedule without delay. Digital checkin was simple & efficient, diagnosis with imaging was explained in detail including a cost breakdown (first time ever)! And, most importantly, their care & attentiveness felt very personal. Thank you FFD!

I don’t know why I never knew this place existed. The staff is wonderful all the way around. So respectful and knowledgeable. The establishment itself is absolutely beautiful and doesn’t at all feel like a dental office. They’re quick with scheduling and quick to get you back and in and out. I wish I could give a 100/100 stars because WOW. Dr. Bayor is amazing and his assistant Jessica is the sweetest ever! The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart too.

I was traveling for business in rural Ohio, suddenly had severe tooth pain, and was desperately trying to find a dentist who had last minute availability on Saturday. The staff at Fixari Family Dental could not have been more helpful or accommodating, and were 100% worth the 1h20m drive. Dr. Maggie and Carla were empathetic, professional, and most importantly helpful. The office was stunning but in a way that was comfortable rather than intimidating. I’d fully recommend this practice for all of your dental needs, and am strongly considering flying back to Columbus to continue my dental care in such a caring environment.

I had sever tooth ache, called my dentist who was out of town .this was a long holiday weekend and most offices were closed.i was lucky to find out the Fixari Dental was open .they saw me immediately and provided the needed care.the facility was pleasant and clean and the Doctor was very caring and professional. I appreciated the prompt care I recieved .

Highly recommend the Lewis Center group. I had a filling crack on Monday night. I called but they were closed so I decided to go at 7am Tuesday morning to the Lewis Center location to see what could be done. Front desk person was excellent. She listened to what I needed, walked back and talked to the group. She came back to say Dr. Cavan was available to help me out. I filled out forms, able to enroll in the annual insurance plan they offer(very reasonable). Then she took me back into a room where Ragan took over. She was very thorough and friendly. We got the necessary prep and paperwork done for the doctor to come in. He was very nice as well and concerned of my comfort. I needed a crown and able to get temporary immediately then will get the permanent in two weeks. Does came into put on the temporary and she set up my follow up appointment for the permanent crown seat and a cleaning as well. From start to finish, I felt very comfortable, like being part of a family. Thank you to all of you for the great experience. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

Love love love everyone at Fixari Family Dental! The amount that they genuinely care about their patience is something I’ve never experienced before. I’m self pay and they always work with me and let me know how much it will be before doing the service. I never have surprise charges in the end; I’ve actually had them have to do more than initially planned but when I asked how much that would add, he said you really need to do this to prevent your issue from getting worse, so it will still just be the amount that we already discussed. Because I’m self pay and not oozing with money, he always give me a sheet telling what all I need done at some point and puts it in order from highest more immediate need to things that can wait. I never feel pressured or judged (my teeth are so bad because I was so afraid to of dentists before finding this place one day in I was in excruciating pain. Dr Fixari personally clld me the day after my first emergency visit, just to check on me… and it was on a Saturday!! My entire family has now switched to them and he does everything from my grandson’s cleanings to my dad’s dentures. If you have a concern, just communicate it to them, they’ve always gone about and beyond to be accommodate, whether it’s needing nitric oxide, the financial part, the nervous and shaking part, scheduling or by giving me headphones and a tv to watch during service which helps distract me.

The moment you walk in you are greeted with warm welcoming smiles. The staff is so kind, ensuring that you are comfortable and every issue has been addressed. I am exceptionally impressed with how quickly sudden issues that arise are treated. The care received is very quick and thorough. I absolutely love the environment!

After years and years of not so great experiences at a previous dentist, I decided to give Fixari a try. My first experience was nothing short of amazing. The receptionist, I believe her name was Peggi, was so welcoming and kind. Dr John and his team (Kathie and Sabrina) were all so attentive and caring. I’ve struggled with having anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. Dr John and his team were incredibly patient with me and ensured that I was comfortable. Dr John was extremely open and respectful when it came to my feelings of anxiety. I felt heard and i haven’t felt that way before at the dentist. The team answered all of my many questions as well. I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional care and I am excited to continue to work with them!!

It all started with Reghan when I called. She helped me get an appointment on short notice by reaching out to other locations. She was nice, easy to talk to and very courteous. Going to the dentist usually makes me nervous especially to a new one. However, from the moment I stepped inside and met Ms. Peggy all my worries evaporated. She was very cheerful, cordial, friendly and pleasant. Dr. Colvin was very nice and kind. He took his time explaining everything and thoroughly answered all my questions. Dr. Colvin and Des make the best team. The two of them took excellent care of me. They continuously made sure I was comfortable during the visit. Ms. Peggy had me pick out a carnation at the end of the visit :). I will definitely return for my routine care and also refer anyone. Thank you all!

It had been over 10 years since my last visit to the dentist. My first appointment at Fixari was very warm and welcoming; every team member was incredibly kind. This energy continued into my follow-up, where I needed lots of extra attention to make up for the long span between visits. Dr. John and his staff did an exceptional job. Absolutely loved my time today at my visit with fixari! All of the staff were so nice and welcoming. One in particular her name was Peggy, Pam or patty (a name with a P) she was so sweet and had such a friendly personality and a warming smile! I loved her personality and how nice she was to me, felt like she was apart of my family. The DH I had was very nice too and was gentle with my teeth and dr Connor was great too! Will be going back here always.

My review of Fixari I’m the type of person scare of going to the dentist yes me but when I went to this dentist I was so scare I walk in this real nice lady greeted me very nice than she took me on a tour when I met Mackenzie what a pleasant young lady she really made me feel care for amazing so I met Dr.Maggie excellent doctor she was so gentle she explained everything to me if you afraid of the dentist I would recommend going to Fixari very good place and you get a gift lol. I don’t typically leave reviews for any type of services or products, however, I am taking the time to write this review because Dr. John and his team have earned it! Not only will you receive excellent dental services at their beautiful new office in Lewis Center but you will be receiving this services from the most respectful, caring and accommodating team of true professionals in the field of dentistry for the Columbus metro area. I highly recommend their services for your entire family.

My visit was actually a good experience and I’m petrified of Dentists. They have a young lady working there named Jordan and she was so kind and empathetic and when I told her I was afraid of Dentists she didn’t laugh at me she told me not to worry and explained everything that was going to happen before it happened, and my anxiety was reduced considerably. Great practice, reasonable prices and a super staff. 5 stars with no reservation from a confirmed Dentophobiac.

My 82 yo mother had been having an intermittent tooth ache. My nephew recommended Fixari Family Dental. I called the practice and mom’s appointment was scheduled for February 12, 2024. I took mom to the Lewis Center branch. We were greeted and received the warmest welcome by Jacinda – who right away made us feel at home! In fact she took the time to guide us on a tour of the savvy facility. I felt so comfortable I had to stop and grab a cup of cocoa and a cookie – Thx Jacinda 🙂 Mom and I had a brief wait in the lobby, after which we were introduced to her hygienist Alli and Dr. Maggie. Mom was somewhat nervous and didn’t know what to expect yet the team showed her compassion and took their time with her; and a result mom didn’t experience any pain. To this day mom still talks about how well she was treated and how she “just loves them!” I’d like to personally thank Fixari for the awesome experience and white glove treatment as we both agree we’ve found the perfect place to always make her smile 🙂 Thx again Fixari you are the absolute BEST!!!

I’ve had an amazing experience at the dental office located in Olentangy, by far the best dental service I’ve ever had. The service is so consistent every single time it’s very rare to get results like this anywhere else. Shout out to Dr. John, Kathy Sabrina and Peggy. I had my first visit with Dr Braden at Fixari Dental What a great consultation for the first time ever !!!!! i found the best dr. around at Fixari He is kind supportive and listens to every thing you say are worried about. I could not be happier to go to my next visit. I have stayed away from dentists for years no more!!!!!! The office Staff is wonderful and make you feel so relaxed. Rocky is a great dental Assistant.

Really love this office. All of the staff from the front desk to the hygienists and the dentists are very kind. There’s absolutely no dental shaming going on(even if you have neglected your care for a little) and they take the time to educate you. I’m always very comfortable when I come here even when I get nervous. Definitely recommend.

Long story short if you’re worried about the dentist or getting mouth work done just go here. So first off, I don’t ever leave reviews but I could go on forever about this experience. Called at 10 am appt by 11. 4 extractions later I was out by 1230pm. The lady who answered and got me my appointment an hour later was just as nice as Peggy I believe her name was at the front desk (Lewis center). Before going back for my extractions I already felt better than usual about the situation because of them. Dr. Bader and his assistant Jaymie were amazing. I’ve been to 20 dentist in Columbus and I can definitely say this was the first time I’ve had extensive work done and didn’t feel a thing. 36 hours later now and zero pain. If this is how dentist work was always done I wouldn’t have avoided them for so long. They pulled one intact and three broken at the gums that were in pieces. I felt nothing. I dread dentist and getting work done in my mouth but can honestly say after this experience I will comfortably go back. Lobby looking like a ski lodge doesn’t hurt either.

It was a wonderful experience! I walked in and was greeted by Ashley with smiles and warmth. In the back, my experience super ceded my expectations. From the super friendly assistants (Sabrina and Reghan) and the skilled Dr. John Fixari, I left with no pain and my bad tooth extracted. I had not been to a dentist in a while and was looking for one close to home. Luckily, I found Fixari Family Dental in Lewis Center. I had quite a bit of work to catch up on including a cleaning, a new veneer, and a crown. I also needed some correction to my bite. I was very impressed with the comfort of the office and the great staff. I needed multiple appointments but they were timely and the work done by Sabrina, Kathie and Dr. John was excellent. They were very careful to ensure that I never experienced pain and that I was satisfied with the outcome of each appointment. I highly recommend Fixari – Lewis Center.

I can’t recommend them enough! I have extreme dental anxiety and almost cancelled my emergency appt when they told me that I would be seeing Dr Bader, instead of Dr Fixari (the only dentist I’ve ever been comfortable with). I’m SO glad I still went in; Dr Bader and his assistant Rocky were amazing!! They were right in line with everyone else I’ve ever dealt with at Fixari Family dental! Extremely patient, caring, accommodating, gentle. I always appreciated how they are upfront with the cost and I pay before the service, so there are never surprise charges when it’s time to pay. Dr Fixari, and Dr Bader now, listen when I say I don’t have dental insurance and money it tight-they both work with me on the cost. I’ve been to places that have gotten an attitude with me when they give me a list of 3k in services that they say I need and I say I can’t do all of that right now. Fixari Dental has always given me a list and always puts it in prioritized order. They genuinely care about people. Every person that I’ve ever dealt with there has been nothing less that kind and caring! The building is beautiful! Not that it’s what’s important when looking for a dentist, but it’s a beautiful, rustic/contemporary space that is obviously state of the art but still so peaceful and calming. They have the equipment there to do everything, so there’s no “sending you to another appt at another offc”. They have massaging chairs, noise cancelling headsets, they have nitrous oxide, a tv above every station and most (if not all) offices have a window, which helps with the calming factor if you get anxious about dental procedures. It’s WAY better than looking at 4 walls with body &teeth charts and medical stuff on every wall-lol! My entire family now goes to them, from my grandson’s cleanings to my dad’s dentures. I will now let them that Dr Bader is there now too and that they will love him too! Thank you Dr Bader & Thank you Rocky!!!

Best place to go. The people there up and beyond caring. Made me feel safe about being there. I haven’t been to a dentist for so long that my teeth are bad but, they didn’t make me feel that way. They helped me feel at ease. I have a phobia for dentist. They helped me through it and talked to me the whole time.

I just want to start with a huge thank you to Dr. Bader, Savannah and Rocky… From the moment I walked in I was treated with A+++ Care. The place is amazing and super clean. They attended to all my needs and gave me all the advice on how and what was the easiest most effective way to get the results I was seeking. Pricing was amazing too. Even after applying the filling I needed, Dr Bader wasn’t happy with such a minimal flaw he completely redid it before I left… I will be switching my whole family to them for many years to come. I just want to give a shout out to the staff at Lewis Center. My son chipped his two front teeth this morning (Saturday). Our normal dentist was closed so I called Fixari desperately hoping they could see him. They were booked but managed to squeeze him in so he could get his teeth repaired. Dr. Maggie and Jenny couldn’t have been more amazing. They were so kind and gentle with him. The front office staff also went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. From the very beginning, the phone call to make the appointment, everyone was very helpful & cheerful and moved me right the next day. The appointment from Savannah at the front to Trang, Dr. John, Sabrina and one I couldn’t here her name, everyone was wonderful and very professional!! They even took care of waay more than I was scheduled for, which I was VERY APPRECIATIVE!! Dr. John seemed to be very knowledgeable in diagnosing TMJ/ Muscular involvement as well. Saved ALOT of time & discomfort on my end! I had an AWESOME experience, very nice dentistry practice!

The Lewis Center Fixari office is so beautiful! It is a pleasure to come from the Cincinnati area to get my teeth cleaned twice a year. Emily did a terrific job making me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She definately encourages you to have great oral habits. Dr. John has to be one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. He makes you feel heard and really cares about and is interested in you as a healthy person.

Another great experience! Was in for prep for crown with Dr. John and Sabrina. This is my 3rd crown and a partial I’ve had placed over the past couple of years and both of them made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. As always, everything went well! Will be back in a couple of weeks for permanent crown placement! Thanks again for the wonderful care!

Had an emergency issue and was able to get in same day. Service was amazing and my care and comfort was the most important part of the process. I left with Dr John personal number in case of emergency. Never had that happen before! The next day Dr. John called me personally to follow up. Again never had that happen before. Sabrina was amazing as well. Always concerned about my comfort. And she sent a very heartfelt handwritten personalized note after my procedure. Again never had that happen before. Going to keep getting service I’ve never had before and bring my family because it’s nice when people care!

Being new to the area and needing a new Dentist and Dental Office to feel comfortable with is a big deal. The day I dreaded happened. I began having nerve pain in a tooth. Dr. Maggie and Makenzie are amazing! They are very thorough and take all measures to be certain only necessary work is done putting the patient’s comfort first. The office in Lewis center is absolutely beautiful, the people here are so very professional the lady at the front counter is just the sweetest person ever and Dr John is the best he nips the problems in the butt very knowledgeable and his nurse staff just amazing I got to spend some time with Sabrina today and she did a good job very sweet lady and like I said SUPER PROFESSIONAL NO JUDGEMENT I felt comfortable from the minute I met the receptionist I think her name may be Sharon thank you so much for getting me out of pain

First time coming to Fixari. Rick’s visit was fantastic. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Never seen such a relaxing atmosphere in a dentists office before. They are so concerned about the comfort of the patient. Dr. Bader was awesome and we have already referred some people to Fixari and will continue to do so. A very relaxing experience and will definitely return for further procedures.

My first time in today for an overdue cleaning and getting established with a new dentist if all went well, I was very happy I chose Fixari!! Everyone was very nice and welcoming to me, I’ll be referring many people. Just had my second visit today for a new crown to replace my old one of 45 years!!! I was really nervous but Dr. John and Sabrina were the best! Couldn’t have been any better of an experience, and on the way out Peggy let me pick out a flower 🌸. Best dental office in Columbus, not to mention beautiful office and the nicest staff ever! Needed to have a infected front tooth that had a root canal and cap removed and put in an implant. I’m forever grateful to dr john fixari who make the process super easy and painless. I will be switching my whole family over to fixari dental. I can’t wait to see my final result with the permanent tooth.

I would like to say that I’ve been going to my dentist, John Fixari for the minimum of five years. He is awesome.. I am a baby when it comes to going to the dentist nobody wants to feel uncomfortable or not listen to. I will say this, my Dentist is great. He makes you feel comfortable.He always ask if you’re OK if you need anything but more importantly great in his craft. Explains very well in what he’s doing, what he needs to do and why he’s doing it. I used to go to him at Kimberly Parkway. I live in Reynoldsburg and will travel to go where he is practicing.I drive to LEWIS CENTER no problem. It is all worth it at the end of the day for my comfort and my teeth..

More importantly when walking in you are treated in a professional welcoming manner that made you feel at home . Furthermore, you notice that they have your best interests first, never trying to push unnecessary costly options, and a very honest dental practice. I was avoided going to a dentist for years. All of my previous dentists were more concerned of the financial aspects of the practice, not the patient. Furthermore, I’m not the type of client who likes to get talked down to by the white robed dental grad. Thus, I veered away. Last year, my adult son had used Fixari (Lewis Center) for a dental emergency. He was very much impressed by the staff, their concern and care that he wholeheartedly recommended them to my wife and I. I’m glad I listened to him. Now, both of sons, my wife and I are happy patients of the Fixari Dental Family. I’ve had an extraction, several crowns and routine work conducted by the highly trained and sensitive staff. My favorite is Dr. Magee and her assistant Jenny. Their concern and skills far exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a great Dental Crew take a long, hard look at the Fixari staff.

Fixari in Lewis Center is a great office! Newer facilities make it feel very comfortable inside. They even provide cookies to all guests! Dr. Jon and his staff are excellent at what they do and are able to assist with any needs you have. I would highly recommend anybody to give them a try and see what they are all about.

Everything was warm and welcome from my first visit. I got a guided tour of the facility and a gift bag. She then took me to my room where I would meet Dr. Fixari. This guy remained professional and a funny side the whole time. Firm handshake and eye contact I’m important to me. He and his stall and respect. Customer service and patient care are top priority at Fixari Dental. My hygienist, Emily, was friendly, informative and gentle. Dr. John Fixari holds high standards for his employees and takes excellent care of his patients. Went in for dental cleaning and possible extraction. After consultation and exam I had an entire game plan for the next few months of things I will be working on with Fixari to improve my dental health. Every assistant and the dental surgeon made me feel so comfortable and the extraction went better than expected. I’m so pleased with Fixari Dental, the support and care they gave. I already have really bad anxiety when it comes to dentists but Dr Brice and his team did amazing I had a really bad toothache and needed a tooth pulled and I was able to get in their office the next business day and they pulled my tooth in less then 10 minutes… I will be making this place my personal dentist office

This is my second visit to Fixari. The first time I was seen in the Kimberly Pkwy, this time I was seen at the Canal Winchester office. The staff and the doctor Channing and his assistants.. Averyana & Shawna provided exceptional care and service! I’m very happy with everything and look forward to staying in the Fixari family!

I’ve been going to Fixari Dental located in Lewis Center for over a year now and I’m very very pleased with the service. John Fixari and his staff is absolutely incredible. We felt welcomed from the moment we came in. The staff all seem to enjoy working there and that says a lot about the management of a business. We received great care and have been in several times now. They always take time to ask about how the last procedure is working ang feeling. I’ve always been able to schedule our next appointment easily. The building is big and bright and the coffee and cookies are a nice touch.

We were hooked from our first visit here. Through cleanings, cavity fillings, and crowns everything has been a fanatic experience – kind and considerate. Dr. John is the absolute best. According to my kids “Dr. John is awesome” and they don’t mind going to the dentist. As an adult I agree too! I can get irritable (to say the least) at the dentist, but not here – they take care of you. Give them a try and you’ll never have to look for a dentist again. I could go on and on. I’ve never raved about a dentist before but here I am. Check them out…

I was there today for first time patient and was welcomed with a wonderful lady Peggy offering g me coffee, cookies, restrooms. Carla was so professional polite and kind words . She really made me comfortable . Heated message chairs . So much more to go on and the Dr. was amazing I’m so glad I’ve found a Dentist near me that I felt so comfortable in. If you’re looking fir a dentist I highly recommend this place.

The front office, dental hygienist, and dentist were all customer friendly which is of the most important. Trang was very thorough in her exam/cleaning. She also identified some things that I could do to prevent issues that I was causing. Dr. Fixari did a good job reviewing and then talking about some things to think about in the future. Overall excellent experience!!

Dr fixari and Sabrina are such great people. I have huge fear and ptsd when it comes to anything dental due to a really tramictic dental experience. They go way out of their way to make to make sure I am comfortable and feel 0 pain. I have issues getting numb and they also make sure to get me numb without pain. I can’t say enough about how great everyone there is. If you are someone that has fear of dentist then this is the place for you!

The Lewis center office is hands down my favorite, I enjoy the cozy home vibe the atmosphere puts off and simply adore the staff; Dr. John, Kathee, Peggy, and Trang are absolutely some of the most kindest, empathetic, mindful, non judging, heartfelt, compassionate individuals, ever. Every single one of you had a hand in making “the going to the dentist” experience a safe, comfortable, understanding and supportive experience for my daughter and I. We are thankful for each one of you for being such fantastically fantastic individuals, along with being amazing at the work you do!!! I’d give Fixari Family Dental 6 stars if I could. This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve had in 23 years. The building is beautiful and Ms. Peggy in reception made me feel like an old friend as soon as I walked through the door. Emily and Sabrina were incredibly personable and Trang killed it with the cleaning. Lastly, I saw Dr. Wes and he was the nicest doctor I have ever met. He was so thorough with his examination and explained everything to me so I knew what was up. This place is home. I can’t say enough!

I had a great experience at this location! It was very clean, the service was friendly and caring. I don’t usually like going to the dentist but Sabrina made me feel very comfortable and did a great job on my cleaning. This location is closer to me than the others so this was a really nice addition!

They are pleasant and ready to help with your dental needs. They want you to be comfortable and very happy with your experience. You are treated like family that they care about and want to listen to you about any dental issues you are experiencing. They want you to be happy with the dental work they have done. My crown fell off over the weekend & I was able to save it. I called Fixari Dentist first thing on Monday morning. They got me in right away & discovered that it was a crown that my previous dentist had put in. Dr Matt Chaney was able to put it back in & I was on my way for my lunch appointment. This office is wonderful!!!! Jasmine at the front desk was so helpful and so nice! I didn’t have insurance and she helped me get signed up for their in-office membership plan. Our assistant, Sabrina, was so caring and knowledgeable. She did an amazing job on both myself and my 11 year old son. Last but definitely not least, Dr.Maggie was so gentle and has one of the best personalities around! I didn’t feel pressured into un-needed treatment whatsoever ( which I know can be an issue at a lot of places now a days) I felt very comfortable and relaxed in their office, which is very important for me at a dental office. I would give this office 10 stars if I could.

Dr. John Fixari and his staff are wonderful! We took our 3 year old daughter to the Lewis Center office on a Saturday after an accident where she injured a tooth. She was scared and in pain, but everyone was so nice, calm and engaging that she didn’t mind the experience at all. As we left, to our surprise, she said she actually had fun.

Truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. The dental assistants were so sweet and made me feel so welcome. Dr. Bobby was nice, so informative & made me feel very comfortable. I was able to get a chip in my tooth fixed as well as get a few of my teeth that I had been grinding down in my sleep smoothed & got fitted for a night guard to help with the grinding. I feel so happy and so much more confident in my teeth, truly life changing! Thank you everyone at fixari family dental 😊

My husband and I were amazed with Dr. Bobby,he did an amazing job and was so personable. Normally wisdom teeth extraction can take months as far as the scheduling process but I told Dr. Bobby we wanted his teeth pulled before 3/21 and he made it happen on the first visit ! I highly recommend Fixari Family Dental! My husband is no longer in pain 😊

The facility is GORGEOUS and SO CLEAN! Dr Anna and Daleesa were absolutely amazing. I was in so much pain but I have never laughed so much at a dentist appointment in my life. They even stayed late ON OHIO STATE/MICHIGAN game day to get me out of pain. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will be a lifelong patient!

As a new client in the last two months, the Fixari team completed a full dental wellness exam, cleaning and restoration plan. They also completed my first-ever crown and it was a very good experience. This engaging and energetic staff provide a welcoming atmosphere and pleasant experience. High level of expertise and attention to detail is evident with this team.

I’ve never been a fan of going to the Dentist but with recent Insurance changes , I landed at Fixari Family Dental in Lewis Center. I could not be happier with my experience. Sabrina , Megan and Dr Amy were top notch and really took the time to listen and understand what I needed. I’m so happy I took the leap and switched!!!

EDITED TO ADD- I have now taken both my children here for a cleaning, and one of them ended up also needing an extraction. He was incredibly nervous until he saw Dr Anna come in! He already adores her from his cleaning appointment, and she took her time with him to make sure he was 100% comfortable. He did amazing and left without a single tear shed!! (After crying the whole way there from nerves). Again- highly recommend this office for dental needs! 😊 As someone with pretty terrible dental anxiety, I always go into these appointments expecting the worst (it’s usually not great). I ended up needing a tooth extraction and it couldn’t have gone any better than it did with Fixari!! I called probably every office in the area with an infected and painful tooth needing extracted- every single office wanted me to wait 3 months or more (or until I die of sepsis I guess). Fixari is literally the only one (out of at least 10) that got me in the very next day, and even performed my procedure during the visit. She left me with clear instructions for care and a few pain meds for the next couple of painful days, and they were very clear about costs up front before anything was done. Angela the tech was AMAZING- she is patient and takes her time. I did not feel at all rushed (which is probably my biggest complaint from previous offices). She talked me through everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable 100% of the time. Anna, the dentist, was also amazing. She provided all of the comfort Angela did, while also laughing at my terrible”nervous jokes” and laughter. Great location, beautiful office, and fantastic employees. I have already scheduled my kids first appointment with them, and my next cleaning! Thanks Fixari!!!

I had a great visit. I was immediately welcomed by a nice man named Sean and shown around the office. I felt like the guest of honor. It was so cool. Dr. John was awesome too and his assistant. I adore Fixari Family Dental. Before coming here I was always nervous about going to the dentist due to previous experiences. However, coming here has completely changed my view. Each doctor I have come in contact with has been gentle, kind, clear with their plans for my teeth, and over-all caring about my own well-being.

It is a great place to be treated. From the moment you enter everyone is so friendly. Starting from the Front Desk all of he way to the Doctor (Dentist) I’ve had a personal experience where my tooth feeling fell off. Other places would charge you some additional to have it fixed. This was my first time at Fixari family dental and I have to say Dr. Anna Nissen was by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She really cares and it shows always making sure I was doing alright. Fixari always makes sure you are comfortable, they explain everything from the good to the bad so you can make the best decision for you. They are excellent with children my son is 3 and he was very nervous but they did everything they could to make him happy and comfortable with his experience. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend them to everyone especially people with small children.

Best dental experience ever! It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist and everyone from the front desk staff, the the dental hygienists, and Dr. Anna were all amazing!! They made sure I felt comfortable, understanding what was going okay, ok with financials before doing anything, and didn’t make me feel bad for not coming sooner! They also had massage chairs and tv’s for you to watch on the ceiling during everything. I can’t recommend this place enough! I had some work that needed to be done on my two front teeth and Dr. Anna cared so much that she got them looking perfect!! I am looking forward to my next check up in 6 months.

I was struggling with another dentist I had been going to for over 20 years. Learned they were overcharging and pushing things that I not my family needed (like my son having his wisdom teeth removed). Met with Dr. John and could not be more happier with him and his staff. Honest, kind and helpful. Highly recommend the Fixari practice.

I hate the dentist I have for years. I found Fixari through my girlfriend and she told me it was a completely different experience. For the first time I was actually comfortable. Dr. John is by far the best dentist I have seen. He made me feel comfortable and not judged took the time to go through all my options and a solid breakdown of all the stuff that needed addressed. Kate was my hygienist and she was super nice and gentle. 10/10 will go again!

Dr. John Fixari, Kylie (not sure how to spell her name – the person who did my filling), and Peggy were all exceptionally professional + good-humored. Peggy seems like she was born to be at the front desk, she somehow made the administrative stuff enjoyable. I had a small filling done and the process was quick, comfortable, and affordable. Also some other person complimented my shoes, so that was cool. I realize this looks like a paid endorsement but it was just a really positive experience.

Outstanding all around. The new building is beautiful, and the whole office and staff make you feel incredibly comfortable. Special thanks to Jalissa, Kathie, and Kylie who all made my last few visits nothing but spectacular. Dr. John is warm, gentile, and incredibly thorough and knowledgable. Me and my family will never go anywhere else!

Have had trouble finding a “go-to” dentist since I moved to the city in 2018. However, my experience at Fixari Family Dental blew away the other practices I’ve visited. The staff was very friendly and the building was extremely clean and sanitary. Dr. John did a phenomenal job and was very knowledgeable about my issues. Highly recommend and will absolutely be using them as my dentist from now on!

I have been going to Fixari Family Dental for decades. When Dr. Mark retired, I didn’t know what we would do for our dental needs. Dr. John was phenomenal with a seamless transition of care. In addition, I have a young son who needed quite a bit of work done and was petrified. Dr. John and Dr. Bobby were incredible with their approach, instilling calmness and laughs, while maintaining pure professionalism. I can’t imagine trusting another practice with these pearly whites. Not to mention- Lewis Center’s office is absolutely beautiful.

I came for the first time today and Barb at the Lewis Center location was outstanding. Easily the best dental hygienist I have ever had! She explained everything she was doing and took her time. This office is amazing, new and state of the art. The front desk man, Nick was very helpful and polite. Kylie in the back office was extremely personable, listen to all my stories, and took excellent care of me.She took X-rays and pictures of my teeth. I’m not sure there is a better dental team out there. These are the best/sweetest humans in the world. About two years ago I went to Fixari in Canal Winchester nervous in general and worried I could not afford to fix my teeth. Dr. John worked with me step by step to get my teeth healthy & beautiful. I drive an extra forty minutes to the Lewis Center just to see the staff (the building is also beautiful)! So grateful for them!!!

The whole team is so welcoming and accommodating from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Dr. John and his assistant Kylie work do well together and make and procedure seem easy. They make your comfort a priority while being so conscientious of the work they are doing. A great dental experience from start to finish.

We are not people who enjoy the experience of going to the dentist but Fixari was unbelievable. Dr John was by far the best dentist we have been to in our lifetime. He was knowledgeable as all dentist are but much more importantly he had a positive attitude about our dental issues and terrific outlook overall. Amazing, friendly staff! My hygienist was very kind and thorough. I had to have a couple procedures from Dr. Fixari and it was the best dental experience I’ve had. He fixed all of my issues with NO discomfort, he even checked on me to see if I needed breaks through the 2.5 hour session. Fantastic Dentistry!!

I definitely recommend Fixary Family Dental of Lewis Center. Not only they observe all covid-19 related regulations but you are actually do not feel restricted in any way. Dr. Dewood took care of me during the time of my visit. She was respectful and all her explanations as well as services were flawless. 10 out of 10 would visit again.

My first time going to Fixari and they treated me wonderfully! They gave me a tour of the place and backstory of how they came to be. They take their health and safety seriously but make sure you are comfortable with everything they do. It is just an added bonus that they have heated massage chairs and tvs for the patients to enjoy while being worked on!

I have been going to Fixari for nearly 20 years. In that time I have moved 8 times but I have never switched dentists because of the quality care Fixari provides. I trust that no matter if I need a routine cleaning or extensive dental work that Fixari always has my best interest at heart. The staff really takes pride in the work they do. Our hygienist, Katie, has worked there as long as we have been going and has watched my son grow up. Fixari is so personable and I can’t imagine going to a different dentist office.

I had to have an in depth dental procedure and Dr. John and Cathy were amazing. It was such a good experience, I did not have the pain I have had in the past with procedures. They had items to use that made it so much more comfortable than my past experiences. The gentleman at the front desk even let me use his phone charger:) I also received a message from Dr. John the next day to see how I was feeling. Terrific customer service from making the appointment thru completing the procedure:)

To say I love my teeth so much more since seeing Dr. John would be an understatement. I’ve struggled with white marks on my front teeth for years to the point where I avoided smiling when I knew they were visible. I have gone to quite a few dentists over the last couple years looking for any treatment to help me get rid of them or just minimize them. Everyone said veneers, bonding, or they just didn’t really care about my concern because it was cosmetic. After mentioning it to Dr. John during a visit, he recommended what was called Icon Resin Infiltration (I hope I got the name correct) which was completely painless and minimally invasive. It took maybe an hour for him to make 15 years of me being self conscious about my smile completely go away. I cried when I got home because I was so happy to see that the spots were almost completely gone. As far as other procedures I’ve had done there, the dental hygienists have always been so great and so friendly and it is by far the best dental office I have been to.

Went in to get permanent crowns put on my top front teeth and ended up having to get a root canal as well. Dr. John was very kind and helpful. His assistants Kylie and Kathy were very helpful as well and explained everything that they were doing so I would have a better understanding of what was going on. I felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly & polite, and the facility is amazing. Highly recommend them.

I found this dentist from neighborhood searching. I didn’t know what I am going to get for my first visit. After I finish my appointment I hope I have been with this dentist years ago. I have been with several dentists in my previous 30 years but I am impressed by this office. The staff are polite and friendly, the facility is up-to-date and I was identified with problems my previous dentists never told me about. I feel I can trust Dr John. I am looking forward for my next service.

Beyond great service! I haven’t been to the dentist in years and they didn’t yell at me or make me uncomfortable. No guilt trips, just hard facts and honesty. I will be coming here until they retire. Staff is kind and will make you feel like you are visiting a good friend instead of going in for a check up.

I have gone from routine dental work to emergencies to multiple extractions and dentures. Dr. Bobby has been nothing but amazing and has quite literally changed my life for the better. I have to give special kudos to Erica though. She is professional, empathetic, supportive, encouraging, and her bedside manner is the best in the business. if it weren’t for these two individuals I would be miserable, but instead, one of the most difficult things I’ve done has been a great experience.
