I absolutely hate going to the dentist and haven’t gone consistently because of a bad experience as a child. But this experience was nothing like any I’ve had before — they were phenomenal!!!!!!! This was the first time I feel like I had a real, thorough cleaning and my teeth look AMAZING!!!!! The entire team made me feel so comfortable. My assistant Mariyah was so sweet, my hygienist Lori was hilarious (I genuinely loved talking with her), and Dr. Fisher was not only incredibly kind but also hilarious. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on. For the first time ever, I feel like I can actually go to the dentist every six months without anxiety. So grateful I found this office!

I am a Nervous Nelly when it comes to go to the dentist. I go to the Canal Winchester office for at least three years now. I continue to keep going back because Dr. Bobby has my best interest at heart. He listens to my concerns, knows my anxiety is an issue, and explains everything. He is thorough and takes time to talk to me about what is going on with my teeth. The staff is very caring and compassionate. They also listen to concerns and relay them to the dentist. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs people that care about you.

My visit was great. Ms. Carolyn is always at the desk, ready to greet and accommodate the patients. The hygienist (Paige) was quick but thorough, and really made me feel comfortable. And Dr. Armen gave me a clear and straight forward explanation of his exam, and offered several options on future work. I highly recommend the Fixari team.

Great friendly staff! Quick appointment availability and caring dentist!! Dr.Armand is fabulous! The only dentist who has been able to get me numb!!! He did a tooth extraction last year and again today and back to see Dr. Maggie soon!! Best dental practice I’ve ever been to! I have used Canal Winchester and Pickerington now to see both of these dentists who work together to help me figure out what to do and is best for me! Thank you Al so much!!! I had to make an appointment as a new patient for a broken tooth. I was able to be seen same day. From the folks on the phone to the staff (Dr. Fisher and Sam) this felt like concierge treatment from the minute you walk into the building. Not to mention the chairs offer heat and massage. I ended up coming back in about a week for some work to be done. During my brief panic, Dr Fisher and Sam were very good about helping me relax. I’ve already highly recommended this practice to several people I know. It’s been refreshing to get such great customer service from everyone in the office and on the phone.

From the moment I checked in to the end of my appointment was absolutely the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Shanessa at the front desk is so welcoming, Bailey is very sweet and nice she made sure I was very comfortable during my cleaning and Dr. Fisher is incredible and very friendly! Overall great team and definitely a wonderful choice for helping improve my oral health.

Dr fisher sharde and Sam are absolutely amazing they are kind hearted individuals and u can tell they really care about their patients and passionate about their work . I enjoy coming to a dental practice that I can feel comfortable and know the work will be good and actually be right . I actually trust them

My child had a wonderful experience at Fixari Dental today. Dr. Maggie and her entire team were excellent and extremely patient. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly and made sure we understood everything beforehand. My 12-year-old was made so comfortable that she fully trusted Dr. Maggie and calmly went through the tooth extraction without fear, which meant a lot to us as parents. The front desk staff was also very efficient and quick, making the entire visit smooth from start to finish. Truly amazing teamwork from everyone at Fixari Dental. We are very grateful and highly recommend them.

I am so happy that I found Fixari Dental. Everyone in the office as well as other staff are very kind and very professional. I am so pleased with Dr. Bobby. He has been so thorough in making my set of dentures. He continues to work with me until I’m satisfied. Hes very honest and caring. He listens to the patient. Im very very pleased with the practice and especially Dr. Bobby.

My dentist retired last year so I’ve been looking for a good dentist for over a year. Went here today and had the best Dentist experience ever! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was offered, drinks, cookies, and mouthwash. My appointment was at 2pm and I was checked in and in the chair by 2:06pm. I usually have to wait 15+ minutes after my appointment to actually be seen for other appointments. The chair itself had different settings to massage and heated up, LOVED THAT! They give you a goody bag, toothbrush, and toothpaste. My hygienist and doctor were very friendly and conversational. Overall 10/10 experience!!!

Fixari Family Dental is wonderful. We found this dentist because they were in-network for us under Metlife, but before choosing this dentist we checked out the reviews and offices. They have excellent reviews, convenient office locations (Lewis Center, Pickerington, and Canal Winchester), and friendly welcoming people. The offices are clean and beautiful, full of modern high-tech dental equipment like the panoramic xray machine. Front desk reception, dental assistant, hygienist, Dr. Fixari, everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional and kind. There are so many amenities. For the first visit, they gave a nice little welcome goodie bag, which was sweet. There’s complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mini bottled water, and even cookies in the comfortable spacious waiting area. The were respectful of my time and did not keep me waiting for my scheduled appointment. The exam room has a MASSAGE CHAIR, are you kidding me. It has a remote control for heat and vibration massage, and I could watch tv or look out the window. How thoughtful, they ask about your preferences (mint or bubble gum, do you prefer lots of dental info or just say what to do, etc.) The cleaning was gentle yet thorough, conscientious about rinsing out and suctioning. Teeth felt nice and clean after the apt. We looked at my xrays, they answered all my questions, everything went well and I scheduled my next visit. Contacting the office is easy and pleasant. Scheduling an appointment was quick with plenty of availability. They clearly explained billing and can provide itemized FSA-eligible receipts. So far I’ve only had a cleaning, and will be back later for cavity fillings. I highly recommend this dentist.

Super nice, Professional and caring!! I always feel like I’m the worst patient, but they made me feel safe and well cared for. When I couldn’t find the right dentist to do it, they did it!! Went above and beyond! Please go to them for all your dental needs. You will not be disappointed!! 😊 Thank you so much Sharde’, Sam, and Dr. Fisher!! Fixari Dental services to our country’s Veterans is simply amazing. They treated me with respect and compassion. I went in for a dental cleaning and they found one cavity and two teeth that were cracked( ice eater, I quest not a good idea) . They put crowns on all three teeth and then made me a partial for teeth I had pulled several years ago, at no cost to me. Simply a wonderful organization. 

My best experience ever was today 12-03-2025. Dr. Fisher and his team Ms Sharde and Ms. Sam! They made my experience an all new high! I had an extraction along with a root canal and the extraction was one of my front upper tooth! I was afraid wondering about the results but Dr. Fisher spoke to me with confidence and I trusted him and Ms Sharde with their judgement and experience! Ms. Sam did wonders with her skills in the temporary replacements. I was so excited with the results! I will share my experience with my closest friends! Thanks FIXARI and the staff members mentioned above! I’m truly happy and satisfied! My smile looks so good on me! Better than before!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had going to the Dentist! Sharde Sam and Dr Fisher and staff made my first visit feeling pleased and comfortable and excited about my upcoming procedures! From first entering the front door the greating was warm and wonderful! The staff explained many options that best fit my needs and explain the cost of each option and made me so comfortable and feeling like I was in great hands! They made my appointments that best fit my schedule and the cost was well in my budget! I have found a new home at Fixari Pickerington location!

The entire staff is just wonderful at both Canal and Pickerington locations. Most important the dentists, ortho, and surgeon is awesome, currently getting implant procedure and crown, so glad my daughter recommended this place! The surgeon is just amazing, thorough and fast, just like the staff ensured me. I’m finally back fearless of going to the dentist! Thank you so much, all of you at Fixari! Look no further, this place is trustworthy, the best and the facilities are quite impressive with tons of perks! Worth the drive from Dublin for sure.

From the time you walk in until it’s time to leave, you will experience nothing but the best service! The staff is amazingly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They are even kind when it’s time to pay 😃 In particular, Rina made sure I was comfortable during my procedures. Don’t look any further when trying to find expert dentistry.

I just had theeee BEST dentist visit I have EVER had (and I have had puh-lenty!). I had a cleaning and fillings todqy and I have a serious dentist-phobia, but each step with them was “easy as Sunday Morning”! These folks dedicated a day of free dentistry service to those who have served in our Armed Forces and that entire staff treated us royally! It really mattered and they stepped all the way up!! THANK YOU, FIXARI !!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I wish I could give out more stars, my very first time experience with Dr. Arman, and his assistant Sami was wonderful. They both made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Explain everything I needed to know before my procedure and afterwards. I definitely recommend Fixari in Pickerington. Friendly, and very clean atmosphere. Thank you again 😊

Great service from the moment that you walk through the door to the time you leave, everyone makes you feel very comfortable and greets you with a smile. I am very satisfied with this dentistry and I recommend everyone that needs work completed to come here. They even have massage chairs that you can enjoy while they work on your mouth.

Best dental experience I’ve had! The staff is super welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Waugh was especially great and even did my first cleaning himself. They have heated massage chairs in the treatment rooms and sent me home with blankets, a thermos, and the standard dental swag. Definitely will be recommending them to my family and friends.

The staff are nice and comforting. Very professional. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any dental office. They walk you through everything they’re about to do. I highly recommend anyone looking for dental work to go to their office. They also gave me a welcoming gift and carnation for my first time there. I’ve never had such a good experience in my life and that’s coming from someone who is terrified of going to the dentist.

I had a great experience with dental care. Rina did a great job cleaning my teeth and checking my gum health. She’s incredibly professional, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain every step of the process and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I definitely recommend Fixari Family Dental. The whole staff is welcoming, professional and very caring! Dr Fisher is a rockstar! All my previous experiences at other dental practices didn’t go well and made me hate going to the dentist. Fixari made me comfortable from the first visit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. I’ll be there for the rest of my life!

I suddenly had tooth pain and needed a new dentist (new insurance), and Fixari got me in right away! Peggy greeted me with such warmth, offered me beverages, and showed me to my room. She let me know my chair had massage and heat functions (nice touch!) and let me know the team would be right in. I didn’t need to wait, as Savannah popped right in to greet me, ensured I was comfortable, and got to working the problem right away. After taking very gentle and quite impressive imaging, Dr Fixari came in to greet me and walked me through my scans. Turns out, I needed a root canal so they worked with my insurance and we got it scheduled quickly. The entire staff could not have been friendlier, happy to answer all my questions, and genuinely cared about every part of my experience. Today, I returned for my first root canal. I was nervous as we’ve all heard horror stories, but Savannah and Dr. Fixari both allayed my anxiety and got me in and out in 90 minutes! I had ZERO pain, and they frequently checked in with me, asking if I was ok or needed anything. I was too busy watching Gilmore Girls on the cleverly placed screen right above my chair to even pay attention to whatever else was going on. They could not have been more professional, caring, and friendly. Each staff member I’ve met is as warm as the next. This is truly a great team! They’ve carefully curated a culture of inclusion, leading with respect for the patient and providing genuine elite dental services, while at the same time caring for each individual person that walks through their door. This does not happen by accident, and it’s incredibly impressive! I genuinely appreciate the time they took to help me every step of the way. I go back in a couple months for a check up, but as the novacain has worn off, I’m happy to report im now pain free! They won a customer for life, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at an dentist office, from the front desk to the actual dental hygienists and support staff…Dr. Fisher and Justin took such great care of me and eased my fears so much that the very next day, I started the process to get my mouth together….Highly recommend especially if you have had any form of anxiety or traumatic dental experience.
