Fixari Family Dental of Lewis Center

I suddenly had tooth pain and needed a new dentist (new insurance), and Fixari got me in right away! Peggy greeted me with such warmth, offered me beverages, and showed me to my room. She let me know my chair had massage and heat functions (nice touch!) and let me know the team would be right in. I didn’t need to wait, as Savannah popped right in to greet me, ensured I was comfortable, and got to working the problem right away. After taking very gentle and quite impressive imaging, Dr Fixari came in to greet me and walked me through my scans. Turns out, I needed a root canal so they worked with my insurance and we got it scheduled quickly. The entire staff could not have been friendlier, happy to answer all my questions, and genuinely cared about every part of my experience. Today, I returned for my first root canal. I was nervous as we’ve all heard horror stories, but Savannah and Dr. Fixari both allayed my anxiety and got me in and out in 90 minutes! I had ZERO pain, and they frequently checked in with me, asking if I was ok or needed anything. I was too busy watching Gilmore Girls on the cleverly placed screen right above my chair to even pay attention to whatever else was going on. They could not have been more professional, caring, and friendly. Each staff member I’ve met is as warm as the next. This is truly a great team! They’ve carefully curated a culture of inclusion, leading with respect for the patient and providing genuine elite dental services, while at the same time caring for each individual person that walks through their door. This does not happen by accident, and it’s incredibly impressive! I genuinely appreciate the time they took to help me every step of the way. I go back in a couple months for a check up, but as the novacain has worn off, I’m happy to report im now pain free! They won a customer for life, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely Blown Away by the Care & Affordability Going to the dentist is never my favorite, and walking into a dental office on a Saturday as a new patient with no insurance and a painful emergency had me bracing for the worst, especially after seeing how beautiful and comfortable the Fixari Family Dental offices are. I was honestly convinced I’d have to give up my right arm to pay the bill, but the pain was bad enough that I was ready to do it. From the moment I walked in, though, I was completely put at ease. Jenny, the hygienist, was incredibly sweet, took x-rays, talked me through everything, and made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Then Dr. Maggie came in and truly exceeded all expectations. She clearly explained the cause of my pain, prescribed antibiotics, and gave me detailed instructions on how to manage the discomfort until I could get in to see a specialist. But the biggest shock? The bill. I was genuinely surprised by how affordable the visit was. Given the circumstances, I expected the worst, but what I got was an experience that was not only professional and kind—but also fair and accessible. The professionalism, kindness, patience, and comfort I received has not gone unnoticed. In fact, it has me seriously considering Fixari Family Dental as not just the best place to go—but the only place to go. Thank you so much to Jenny, Dr. Maggie, and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive one.

I called to get an appointment because I was concerned my son had a cavity. Fixari Family Dental got my son in the next day. It turned out to be nothing. The staff were kind and professional. The waiting area is beautiful and the exam rooms are designed with patient comfort in mind. My husband and I have been looking for a dentist closer to home. I look forward to getting established as a patient.

This will be lengthy, but well worth reading if you are considering this practice and these dentists and staff. First, I gave them a 5-Star review only because I couldn’t give them a 10-Star review . My wife was recently a new patient there, and was highly impressed with their service and personal treatment. They obviously took our insurance, so I booked an appointment. I knew I needed to have extensive work done that would involve labs and equipment to be made and fitted. Originally, I saw Dr. Kyle Bader, He was an excellent dentist who strived incredibly hard to get everything perfect. I had several appointments, but unfortunately after many visits, I just was not satisfied with the aesthetic results. I am certain it wasn’t because of anything Dr Bader did, or didn’t do. I think I am a unique challenge, and at some point I felt the need for a fresh set of eyes on the case that might prove to be helpful. So I called and asked to see Dr. John Fixari. I was given an appointment that same day. My thought was his family name is on the sign, and he essentially is the face of this long time family dental practice. I explained the situation, and he agreed to take a look. He assured me right away they would do everything possible to make it right, and ultimately me happy no matter what. I will spare you the boring details, but I would estimate I had at least a dozen appointments, multiple times the lab was forced to start over again from scratch. I have been a difficult case for every dentist I have ever seen my entire life. It isn’t the dentist, it’s more my unique underlying anatomy. Long before today’s review, I am absolutely sure they were losing money, probably thousands of dollars. They absorbed the cost of lab fees, appointments, x-rays and scans. Not one time, was I asked to pay for anything additional. I was never treated as though I was a thorn in their side, or a problem case. In fact they were the nicest group of people in a medical practice I have ever encountered. I am happy to report that I am now pleased with the results. Dr Fixari, and this practice were true to their word. All businesses should strive to be like this, but often will fall short when it begins to cost the business money. I highly without question recommend this practice!! Thanks to Dr Bader, Dr Fixari, Dental Assistants: Roxie, Londyn, Kathie, Jenny, and others. If you choose them you will first encounter the nicest, most professional administrative workers you could ever meet. Thanks to you Miss Peggy, and Zack. I always felt welcomed by you. You don’t need to look further. This is the place you should choose.

Had a problem with pain in my jaw. Called, and they got me right in, same day. Very lovely and helpful people all around. Specially the lovely lady at the front desk and Sanora (if I’m spelling her name correctly) was very nice and very helpful. She’s a keeper. Dr. J was great. Got right to the problem and had a great solution. He’s really knowledgeable and very professional. The whole place was nice, like walking into a spa. Everyone wanted to take care of me and make me feel comfortable.

Kathy is absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and funny. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! Loved her! Honestly going to see if I can request to have her every time. She kept me laughing, I can’t say enough good things about her! They have the sweetest woman working at the front desk. So friendly and kind. Just a huge light. The only thing that was not my favorite was the woman putting my caps on after. She was more rough and not the nicest. She was a little better after I went back the second time.

Although I am a fairly new patient of Fixari Family Dental, my experience is so good that I feel I must do a review. There are three Fixari dental offices but I go to the Lewis Center, OH location. I’m 75 years old so I have had a good number of dentists over the years but Fixari Lewis Center is the nicest dental office I have ever seen. It is a fabulous building with a spacious parking lot. The people there are professional, polite and very friendly. This building is filled with state of the art dental equipment. It is quite impressive seeing what the newest technology can do. I just wanted to comment on my most recent dental work which involved my four top front teeth. These teeth, after all my years of use, were pretty rough looking and had stains, deteriorating fillings and decay. They are the teeth most prominently seen by others so I really needed help for both appearance and functionality. They really needed crowns which would require decay removal, teeth shaping, temporary crowns and lastly four top front crowns. When everything was completed over a couple different days, the finished product really exceeded my expectations. The color and construction of the crowns is extremely tooth realistic and they are quite durable. The fit and match to existing teeth is spot on. My smile looks fabulous now. I would give this work a 10 out of 10 for real. Those working on me were Jenny, Kenzie and Dr. Maggie Feazell. They are pros and are so friendly and conversational. They are very patient with anyone asking many questions and they always periodically ask if you are doing ok during any procedures. If you visit this office for a consultation, they will evaluate your present dental condition and will recommend any work you should consider. It’s nice that they work well with dental insurance providers and they will give you a detailed workup statement showing costs and insurance coverage and you can decide what you want to do. Dr Bader was fantastic. He was extremely professional and provided me with excellent dental care. Jenny and Aruna also provided excellent dental care for me. Just moved to the area and selected Fixari in Lewis Center to start dental care. They were exceptionally welcoming. Tammy and Dr John were friendly yet professional. I had a wonderful first experience this morning at the Lewis Center office! The staff was extremely kind and helpful from the moment I walked in, and Dr. Fixari was great. He was able to repair my chipped tooth (with a cool new device that models your teeth) and explained how to prevent it from happening again. Also, I really appreciate how the office is family oriented and focused on doing good in their community 🙂

I highly recommend Fixari and appreciate Dr John’s and Sabrina’s attention to detail as they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my crown. Additionally, Sabrina did an amazing job with my temporary crown! Peggy is also very kind as she greets each patient and is nice to see upon arrival. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience of the entire staff at Fixari Dental. I had an acute dental need that needed immediate care. I was not established as a new patient yet but when I called they were able to get me in with 2 hours. The professionalism and passion that Dr. Fixari and Sabrina showed was above and beyond my expectations. As a healthcare provider myself, Dr. Fixari and his staff are the template of what passionate health care needs to be. Yes, I am an established forever patient now.

John Fixari is a great guy and dentist. Peggy at the front desk is always great to see and is always so kind to my me and my family. Dianne was well taken care of today by hygienist Tammy, who was very attentive to her comfort needs, from settling into the chair to getting her through her dental cleaning. DR. Maggie was thorough in communicating with Dianne about her personal home care, and her choices for future care. We came away understanding Dianne’s best path forward.

Exceptional customer service – they go above and beyond, then they ask what else they can do for you. Honest and trustworthy dentists and staff. Transparent pricing and communication. Best advanced technologies and equipment. Costs are very reasonable, financial credit card available, and affordable yearly dental plans available. They care for your emotional and mental needs with relaxation therapies (heat massaging chairs, aromatherapy, sedation, etc) to provide a stress-free and painless experience. They support the local community through many events and donations.

My first experience with Fixari was a week ago when my front tooth chipped. Fixari was the 5th dentist office I called for an emergency appointment and they got me in asap. I got a root canal from Dr. Bader and a temporary crown that happened to fall off this week (temps are finicky) and they responded the SAME and fixed it today on a Saturday! Sabrina really honed in and made sure that the fix was perfected and to my liking and the temp crown feels so much better! The first impression of this practice really blew me away and I’m looking forward to making this practice my primary dental care going forward!

Today was my first time at the dentist in quite some time. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. Zach at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. Dr Maggie did two fillings on me, the shot was painless and the whole experience was great. Sabrina and Kathy made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I am so happy I found a new dentist.

Switched Dentist after many years for several reasons. I was nervous and skeptical as I have had dental issues my whole life! Dr. Maggie and dental assistant Jennie, took care of all my anxiety! I was leaving on a tropical vacation In 2 weeks and discovered I had a dental issue that could.cause problems on vacation if not addressed. Dr Maggie actually came in on her day off to personally handle my dental care needs. There was a lot more courtesy and kindness through the whole process that I can’t fit on this review. Just know, in that short period of time, I was confident in my dentist and my way to making a new friend. Thank you!

It was a wonderful experience! I walked in and was greeted by Ashley with smiles and warmth. In the back, my experience super ceded my expectations. From the super friendly assistants (Sabrina and Reghan) and the skilled Dr. John Fixari, I left with no pain and my bad tooth extracted. I recommend Fixari Family Dental to everyone who wants a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I left feeling full of smiles and care from this great staff.
