Is Fixari Family Dental open at this time?

At Fixari Family Dental, our goal is help reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).  One way we can do this is to limit patient visits, according to recommendations from the Ohio Dental Association and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  We have adjusted our hours, but we will still remain open to serve our patients.  Our plan is to fully reopen in the coming weeks.  We are closely monitoring the latest information being published by the CDC.

Our doctors are still available to take care of your emergency needs, and we’ll have a dentist here to take care of you and your family.  The #1 question we’re being asked is, “What is considered a dental emergency?”  A dental emergency includes pain, swelling, or bleeding, as well as unexplained discomfort.  We have good news for our patients: we’re here to engage in question and answer.  If you need to make an appointment, you can request an appointment by clicking here or by calling 614-655-3514.  We have team members ready to answer your call and assess whether an appointment is recommended at this time.

As always, it is our top priority to ensure the health and safety of all Fixari Family Dental patients and employees.  Fixari Family Dental has gone above and beyond Universal Infection Control Protocol for 33 years and we are fully committed to keeping our offices safe for our patients and team. We continue to treat our own family members and patients, and we are committed to treating you in a safe and clean environment, too.

If you have an appointment scheduled in the next two weeks, please allow our team to reach out to you to reschedule, if necessary.  To help us expedite this process, we ask that you wait for our call before reaching out yourself.  As always, we appreciate your patience and flexibility.

From the Doctors and team at Fixari Family Dental, we wish you and your loved ones good health and safety during this time.  We will remain in touch with additional updates and information from our office as this situation evolves.  Please “Like” us on Facebook for the latest information from our office.

We look forward to seeing you and yours back in our office very soon.

With warm regards,
Drs. Mark & Shayne Fixari
