Switched Dentist after many years for several reasons. I was nervous and skeptical as I have had dental issues my whole life! Dr. Maggie and dental assistant Jennie, took care of all my anxiety! I was leaving on a tropical vacation In 2 weeks and discovered I had a dental issue that could.cause problems on vacation if not addressed. Dr Maggie actually came in on her day off to personally handle my dental care needs. There was a lot more courtesy and kindness through the whole process that I can’t fit on this review. Just know, in that short period of time, I was confident in my dentist and my way to making a new friend. Thank you!

Fixari Orthodontics is a great place. Especially Doctor Lawrence! Every time my daughter had an appointment, we were greeted by very nice people. Doctor Lawrence was truly amazing and make sure we understood each process every step of the way. His dental assistant were amazing as well. Everyone there is nice, and I am so grateful for my daughters braces. There are so many things that make that place interesting and fantastic. I truly recommend Doctor Lawrence for anyone interested in braces!!!!

It was a wonderful experience! I walked in and was greeted by Ashley with smiles and warmth. In the back, my experience super ceded my expectations. From the super friendly assistants (Sabrina and Reghan) and the skilled Dr. John Fixari, I left with no pain and my bad tooth extracted. I recommend Fixari Family Dental to everyone who wants a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I left feeling full of smiles and care from this great staff.

I had an excellent experience at fixari I called their office with an emergency and they had me in the office within two hours. Everyone in the place, very friendly very cheerful. Everything was pain free. I’ve never experienced A dentist office like this before very nice. I recommended to everyone.

Just finished an appointment for my 6 years old son with dr.Arman Ahmadpour for a check up . We had a very nice experience at the office, dr Arman was so kind, he was able to squeeze us in for a filling at the same day , which saved me a lot of time. I made a next appointment for my son’s cleaning and I will highly recommend this amazing professional and very easy going dentist .Thank you again for your professional service dear dr Arman.

I have always had issues with dentist my entire life. A broken wisdom tooth required a visit and I decided to give the Fixari practice a try after reading the great reviews. I was met by Kennedy when I arrived and she was very friendly. After getting to the treatment room I met Reghan and Dr. John. Both listened to the issues I had with other dentist and guaranteed me that they would do everything they could to make me comfortable. They did an outstanding job and the extraction went off without a hitch. I am already planning on addressing other issue with them. I wish I had found a dental practice like this before. They are caring, friendly and genuine. I highly recommend the Fixari Dental practice to you. You will not be disappointed. (November 5, 2024) UPDATE: Had my cleaning done today and it is the first time I remember actually being able to tolerate it. Aruna did a wonderful job and made me extremely comfortable during the entire process. This group continues to impress each time I go.

Dr. Wes and the team are fantastic. My husband and I had the absolute best experience from start to finish. We both had tooth extractions and received our bridges on our recent visit. Minimal pain and the whole team is friendly, compassionate and expert in their fields. You want five star care come see Dr Wes and his team!

All I can say it’s wow!! My experience with the whole staff has been amazing from the moment I stepped foot in the office. I was a nervous wreck but after talking to Dr. Fisher and Sam they made me feel very comfortable, they are the BEST! I would definitely recommend Dr. Fisher and the whole pickerington staff for your dental needs.

I can’t even begin to say enough good things about the staff at Fixari Dental. From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a girl who had the biggest smile and a personality to match. She took me on a tour of the office which amazed me because that’s never been done before. Dr. Bader and his assistant were also incredibile and VERY attentive and thorough making sure I was in need of anything, and I mean anything. I won’t lie, I’m an emotional mess when it comes to having work done as I’ve had too many horrible experiences in my 66 years of life. So needles to say I felt they had their work cut out for them. BUT WOW! I was handled with so much compassion and care. It was all about me. All of my concerns were addressed and all options were thoroughly discussed in detail for which I was thankful for so there were no surprises. So, if you need great dental care in a place that makes you feel like you’re part of their family as well as like your needs are of utmost importance, then I HIGHLY recommend Fixari Dental. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Lawrence has done an exceptional job! His dedication to great teeth has made a difficult journey easy for me. I had trouble biting due to a cross-bite and had to get braces as an adult, but today I am braces free! I love my new smile. Thank you to everyone at Fixari for all their hard work and efforts! My family and I will be patrons for as long as this office is here.

The staff are very courteous, polite and professional. I arrived early and was seen upon arrival. They explained everything and verified it through my insurance making sure it was covered. They were very respectful to me and also to each other. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. Service was great as usual! I love Fixari Dentist. 😁😁😁

I had a dental emergency and needed to find a dentist quickly as my usual doctor wasn’t available. Fixari Family Dental was able to get me in the very next morning. From the moment I walked in, I was amazed by this place and their staff. The building is beautiful and equipped with state-of-the art amenities. It’s apparent why they’ve been rated so highly for the last several years — they take patient comfort to a new level. Their pricing was competitive for a procedure I needed and they went over all the details of what my insurance would cover and how much I would have to pay. There were no unexpected surprises on billing. I had to go back for follow-up as I was continuing to have discomfort and again they were able to get me in quickly and offer referrals in case I needed to go to a specialist. Dr. John, Kathie, and Sabrina took time to listen to me and approach my issue with care and compassion. I’ll be switching to become a permanent patient at this practice.

I’m very pleased with the Fixari Family Dental on Orange Center Drive in Lewis Center. The entire staff was professional and caring. Thank you so much. 9/21/2024 I met Dr John Fixari to have a crown replaced. While I would have never thought that it would be necessary, it is if you get decay under it. Both he and Sabrina did a stellar job.

Terrific experience! From the friendly greeting , tour of the lobby, offered snacks & beverages! Everyone explained what the procedure was and why. Answered every question or concern. The most impressive aspect was how each employee communicated with each other. Plain English that even I understood including showing how to do something and why! Great culture!

Dr. Loparich and the entire Fixari Staff are absolutely amazing!! My son became really anxious about being sedated before having his wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone took time with him and gave him the caring reassurance we both needed. In less than an hour, he was back in the comfort of Mommy’s care. On Friday, the day after his surgery, he got a call from the staff to ensure he had a great experience and on Saturday Dr. Loparich called him personally. Dr. John and his team are truly amazing. I just started going there and had my first exam and cleaning, then had crowns put in. I had a bad experience at a previous dentist with crowns. Dr. John and his team did everything to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciated it. Great Dental practice!!!

My entire family has been going to Fixari for several years and it’s been a great experience for myself, husband, and our kids. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We never feel like a burden and they often go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We go to two locations and have never had an issue. One of my daughters recently got braces and Julie from the Canal location was very calm and helpful as she explained everything to her before it happened so my daughter felt more comfortable and my daughter was very happy with her experience despite not wanting braces. The doctors are understanding, empathetic, and patient as well in both locations we visit. I highly recommend Fixari!

I entered Fixari family dental with a cracked tooth emergency on a Saturday morning and Dr John, Kathy & Sabrina made room for me in their busy schedule without delay. Digital checkin was simple & efficient, diagnosis with imaging was explained in detail including a cost breakdown (first time ever)! And, most importantly, their care & attentiveness felt very personal. Thank you FFD!

Fixari was great in the beginning. Things went downhill for me after my regular dentist left. I kept having different dentists at each visit. I’m not fond of having different doctors looking at me. My braces journey wasn’t great either. Many of the assist liked to rush through things. I mentioned to the orthodontist after my braces were removed and I was wearing my retainer at night as instructed that my front teeth separate after removing the retainer in the morning. He said he would fit me with a permanent retainer. Well that never happened and his schedule and mine never coordinated well seeing how he travels from NE Ohio to Columbus. Another thing that didn’t sit well with me was the building of the Lewis Center location while their Kimberly Pkwy location was falling apart and lacking the care that the Canal Winchester location has.

I had my first visit there about a month ago now and it was the NICEST dental experience I’ve ever had. The office was clean and very welcoming, the staff top tier and they genuinely cared about your comfort and the overall experience. If you’re looking for a new dental office, this is the place to go. Comfortably during your entire visit is the main focus, meaning you’re their top priority from the time you walk in until you leave. Thank you for making my experience so great! 😁

I can’t rave enough about this team, their location, and the services they offer. Peggy at the front desk is a breath of fresh air, Kathie is absolutely delightful, and Dr. John is incredibly knowledgeable. The whole team goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend Fixari Family Dental for patients of all ages!

I don’t know why I never knew this place existed. The staff is wonderful all the way around. So respectful and knowledgeable. The establishment itself is absolutely beautiful and doesn’t at all feel like a dental office. They’re quick with scheduling and quick to get you back and in and out. I wish I could give a 100/100 stars because WOW. Dr. Bayor is amazing and his assistant Jessica is the sweetest ever! The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart too.

All of the staff there are very polite, friendly, and professional. You are automatically greeted as you walk into the office and the wait is minimal. The office has a warm atmosphere and they have water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies for you to enjoy. Also when you sit on the lounger, you can enjoy a massage. I nevered liked to go to the dentist, but now I look forward to going. The Dentist greet you with a big smile which helps you to relax. I recommend this place to go to for all of your dental needs.

Dr. Wes, both Emily’s and Carla are amazing! Mrs. Rachel at the front desk is a doll! They do everything to make you feel comfortable and well cared for! They have blankets if you are cold, aromatherapy, headphones with music, etc. I tell everyone to go to them. I truly love Dr. Wes and the staff! I have found my forever dentist! I wish I could give way more stars!

I was traveling for business in rural Ohio, suddenly had severe tooth pain, and was desperately trying to find a dentist who had last minute availability on Saturday. The staff at Fixari Family Dental could not have been more helpful or accommodating, and were 100% worth the 1h20m drive. Dr. Maggie and Carla were empathetic, professional, and most importantly helpful. The office was stunning but in a way that was comfortable rather than intimidating. I’d fully recommend this practice for all of your dental needs, and am strongly considering flying back to Columbus to continue my dental care in such a caring environment.

Very friendly atmosphere, very very clean. Jaymie was very kind and patient with this old lady (lol) Dr. Chaney made me feel comfortable, very kind dentist,well manner professional yet adorable. Ms.lilly was adorable too very professional and kind. When they were done with me my teeth and mouth felt so much better.

I had sever tooth ache, called my dentist who was out of town .this was a long holiday weekend and most offices were closed.i was lucky to find out the Fixari Dental was open .they saw me immediately and provided the needed care.the facility was pleasant and clean and the Doctor was very caring and professional. Highly recommend the Lewis Center group. I had a filling crack on Monday night. I called but they were closed so I decided to go at 7am Tuesday morning to the Lewis Center location to see what could be done. Front desk person was excellent. She listened to what I needed, walked back and talked to the group. She came back to say Dr. Cavan was available to help me out. I filled out forms, able to enroll in the annual insurance plan they offer(very reasonable). Then she took me back into a room where Ragan took over. She was very thorough and friendly. We got the necessary prep and paperwork done for the doctor to come in. He was very nice as well and concerned of my comfort. I needed a crown and able to get temporary immediately then will get the permanent in two weeks. Does came into put on the temporary and she set up my follow up appointment for the permanent crown seat and a cleaning as well. From start to finish, I felt very comfortable, like being part of a family. Thank you to all of you for the great experience. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

I have been looking for an honest and caring dentist for over 5 years since moving to Ohio. These guys are the real deal, Dr. Wes and Carla are amazing. After years and years of not so great experiences at a previous dentist, I decided to give Fixari a try. My first experience was nothing short of amazing. The receptionist, I believe her name was Peggi, was so welcoming and kind. Dr John and his team (Kathie and Sabrina) were all so attentive and caring. I’ve struggled with having anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. Dr John and his team were incredibly patient with me and ensured that I was comfortable. Dr John was extremely open and respectful when it came to my feelings of anxiety. I felt heard and i haven’t felt that way before at the dentist. The team answered all of my many questions as well. I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional care and I am excited to continue to work with them!!

It all started with Reghan when I called. She helped me get an appointment on short notice by reaching out to other locations. She was nice, easy to talk to and very courteous. Going to the dentist usually makes me nervous especially to a new one. However, from the moment I stepped inside and met Ms. Peggy all my worries evaporated. She was very cheerful, cordial, friendly and pleasant. Dr. Colvin was very nice and kind. He took his time explaining everything and thoroughly answered all my questions. Dr. Colvin and Des make the best team. The two of them took excellent care of me. They continuously made sure I was comfortable during the visit. Ms. Peggy had me pick out a carnation at the end of the visit :). I will definitely return for my routine care and also refer anyone. Thank you all!

It had been over 10 years since my last visit to the dentist. My first appointment at Fixari was very warm and welcoming; every team member was incredibly kind. This energy continued into my follow-up, where I needed lots of extra attention to make up for the long span between visits. Dr. John and his staff did an exceptional job. This was the best dental experience. I have very bad anxiety about going to the dentist, the whole staff was great, the facility is beautiful. I needed a tooth extracted they got me in the next day and Dr Colvin literally pulled my molar in minutes and his assistant Tessa made me feel so comfortable. i have searched for a great dentist since mine retired. i feel like I have found my dentist. dr bader is a replication of my old dentist. kind, caring, cares more about my needs than finances. savanna and rocky just added to the success of my experience. i have found my dentist and hope i don’t need to change again. this place has met all my needs andi look forward to going instead of being fearful. i would recommend them to anyone!

Thanks to Dr. Bader & Assistant Jaymie, I was able to enjoy the holiday weekend! I woke up with severe tooth pain & reached out to several dentist offices around Columbus as I needed emergency help asap! To my luck, Fixari was able to get me in within the hour. They took some X-rays & ran a few tests and concluded that I needed an emergency root canal. They did it right then & there! They made sure I was comfortable & were so attentive & gentle. I am very grateful for them & Fixari of Canal Winchester. Thank you for taking care of me!

Absolutely loved my time today at my visit with fixari! All of the staff were so nice and welcoming. One in particular her name was Peggy, Pam or patty (a name with a P) she was so sweet and had such a friendly personality and a warming smile! I loved her personality and how nice she was to me, felt like she was apart of my family. The DH I had was very nice too and was gentle with my teeth and dr Connor was great too! Will be going back here always.

I have returned to Fixari after denying myself dental help for a long time. I used to go to the Eastland location when I was a teen, so I was already familiar with the company. I am satisfied with my experience today and happy that I chose to go back to the company for dental work. The Staff was really nice and Dr. Bader did a great job. London was really nice and I don’t remember the first lady’s name but she was a doll also. I was quickly taken back to the room to be seen when I got there, so no time was wasted. Great experience and definitely will continue getting my dental work done at the Canal Winchester location.

I see Dr Chaney at this office and he is by far the BEST dentist I’ve ever seen. He’s very caring, kind and he definitely make you feel at ease. I have been to many different dentists and he is the very best. I also had Samari as the dental assistant and she was so awesome as well. She make you feel very comfortable and really caring. I’m always nervous going to the dentist and they both made me feel so comfortable today. Thank you both so so much.

I was terrified going to the dentist yesterday. I was having a temporary bridge put in. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left everyone was so nice. Dr Bobby and his team were amazing. Usually when I have a lengthy dentist appt I’m so sore afterwards and can barely open my mouth for a couple of days. I have had barely any discomfort. I’m still in shock because I’ve never had such a plenty experience at any dentist. THEY ARE AMAZING!!

My review of Fixari I’m the type of person scare of going to the dentist yes me but when I went to this dentist I was so scare I walk in this real nice lady greeted me very nice than she took me on a tour when I met Mackenzie what a pleasant young lady she really made me feel care for amazing so I met Dr.Maggie excellent doctor she was so gentle she explained everything to me if you afraid of the dentist I would recommend going to Fixari very good place and you get a gift lol. I was in need of an extraction and a friend of mine recommended Fixari Dental. I got in quickly and Dr. Chaney removed the tooth with minimal pain. I had been going through another place to get dentures but my teeth were falling apart faster than I could get in to get them pulled. Dr Chaney told me he could have me in dentures in a month and that’s just what happened. Dr. Chaney and his assistants Shawna and Savanah are awesome! In fact everyone there was very nice and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. For years I tried not to smile and now I can’t smile enough. I get lots of compliments and it’s all due to Fixari Dental and Dr. Chaney and his two assistants Shawna and Savannah. I’m so glad I followed my friends advice.

I’ve been going to Fixari for almost four years. Dr. Wes is awesome. He really listens to you and gives you the best options for your dental needs. I recently got a bridge and was so scared it would look bad, but it’s beautiful. Liz my dental hygienist is the best. So gentle and kind. She makes me not so nervous. She’s the absolute best. I highly recommend Dr. Wes and Liz.

Not only will you receive excellent dental services at their beautiful new office in Lewis Center but you will be receiving this services from the most respectful, caring and accommodating team of true professionals in the field of dentistry for the Columbus metro area. I highly recommend their services for your entire family.

Fixari Family Dental did an amazing job on my teeth. In a day when customer service seems to be a dying art, their customer service is phenomenal; from the front desk staff, dental assistants and Dr. Bobby. I can’t thank you enough. I’m a new client and definitely will be returning and referring family and friends!! Once again, I received excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!!!

This office for the first time for some oral surgery and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. In fact, the dentist that did the oral surgery did it without even letting me know she did it she was done before I even realized that she had started pain-free she said OK we’re done and I laughed. I thought she was joking, but she was serious, she had extracted two teeth without me being sedated and hurt !!

This is a game changer. The way Fixari and their entire staff take care of their patients puts old school dentistry in the distant past. The atmosphere is extremely caring and gentle and the facility is sparkling clean. All the newest techniques and technology are used here including imagery that uses 90% less radiation. Very important for anyone concerned with thyroid cancer. I received excellent information, education and answers to all of my questions. If you are a first-time patient someone will give you a tour of the entire beautiful facility. All 8 dentists are Ohio State University graduates with up-to-date technology and experience. I am relieved they offer fluoride treatments! I cannot remember the last time I was this impressed. They have a customer for life. ADDING an update: Fixari continues to invest in the newest technology! For anyone needing to get imressions of their teeth for braces or invisaliners, the goop method is gone and replaced with super easy imagery!! My relief today was huge!!

If you want a team that enjoys their careers and doing the right things , It’s Dr. Wes and his team are it. He knows his stuff and makes sure you are satisfied and he’s sure it’s correct. They have awesome people skill with making you feel comfortable. Im glad I chose the Fixari Family Dental I’ve told several people about them.

The absolute BEST Dentist in town. Like most, dentist visits are rarely pleasant or met without some sense of anxiety. However, when I say this was the best dental experience I have ever had, there is no exaggeration. From the welcome received upon arrival with the most pleasant and accommodating staff I’ve ever encountered to the entire staff. However, the icing on the cake was Dr. Chaney, Ms. Savannah, and Ms. Shauna… I call them the dynamic duo. Tender, compassionate, informative, and thoughtful all while explaining options to correct a problem. There aren’t enough accolades to describe the wonderful experience and the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Chaney and his team are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had the wonderful pleasure of being assisted by Dental Assistant Jaymie and Dr Fisher. Let me first say the receptionist was helpful and polite. The waiting room very clean. The music was old/new school. I got a gift bag on the way out. Big big props to Jaymie who went WAY above and beyond her call of duty to assist me. Dr. Fisher and Jaymie both Extremely professional..Dr Fisher already gave me a plan for my next step in his office, he is extremely down to earth and very easy to talk to. They made me feel at home..Jaymie helped me in a way that I will never forget..all and all, if I could give them both a raise and months Vaca I would but since I can’t, I can only highly recommend their services. I will most definitely be back

My techs and dentist made my experience so great! The friendliest, cleanest, most welcoming dentist office ever . No judgement at all. Lilly, Rocky, and Dr Fisher took great care of me. The first time I went to Fixari dentist was in the early 2000s. The dentist was clean neat the workers were professional, and nice that a play place for the kids in fast forward 20 years, I found them again in Pickerington. The workers are still very very professional. If they can even even better. They have water cold or room temperature. If you like it like that coffee snacks, you’re never sitting for too long before they call back to the room I haven’t had to pay for anything of my work. I’m in the process of getting a kidney so I had special x-rays that I needed my other dentist. I would have to pay 250 out-of-pocket for them to do anything but a year later when I found Pixar, I didn’t have to pay for anything this time today I need a mouthguard at night my insurance paid for everything and they put you right there and I’ll get my mouthguard in two weeks I will recommend anybody to Fixari.

My visit was actually a good experience and I’m petrified of Dentists. They have a young lady working there named Jordan and she was so kind and empathetic and when I told her I was afraid of Dentists she didn’t laugh at me she told me not to worry and explained everything that was going to happen before it happened, and my anxiety was reduced considerably. Great practice, reasonable prices and a super staff. 5 stars with no reservation from a confirmed Dentophobiac.

My 82 yo mother had been having an intermittent tooth ache. My nephew recommended Fixari Family Dental. I called the practice and mom’s appointment was scheduled for February 12, 2024. I took mom to the Lewis Center branch. We were greeted and received the warmest welcome by Jacinda – who right away made us feel at home! In fact she took the time to guide us on a tour of the savvy facility. I felt so comfortable I had to stop and grab a cup of cocoa and a cookie – Thx Jacinda 🙂 Mom and I had a brief wait in the lobby, after which we were introduced to her hygienist Alli and Dr. Maggie. Mom was somewhat nervous and didn’t know what to expect yet the team showed her compassion and took their time with her; and a result mom didn’t experience any pain. To this day mom still talks about how well she was treated and how she “just loves them!” I’d like to personally thank Fixari for the awesome experience and white glove treatment as we both agree we’ve found the perfect place to always make her smile 🙂 Thx again Fixari you are the absolute BEST!!!

I’ve had an amazing experience at the dental office located in Olentangy, by far the best dental service I’ve ever had. The service is so consistent every single time it’s very rare to get results like this anywhere else. Shout out to Dr. John, Kathy Sabrina and Peggy. I had my first visit with Dr Braden at Fixari Dental What a great consultation for the first time ever !!!!! i found the best dr. around at Fixari He is kind supportive and listens to every thing you say are worried about. I could not be happier to go to my next visit. I have stayed away from dentists for years no more!!!!!! The office Staff is wonderful and make you feel so relaxed. Rocky is a great dental Assistant.

This place changed my whole opinion on dentistry. I’ve been going here since 2019? I believe? They are amazing. Bedside manner and professionalism is A1. They help you understand everything and make sure you’re aware of procedures, payment, etc. They’re amazing with kids.. and I’d say I’ve been cured of anxiety with the dentist. I thought I had written a review before but after my mom told about her awful experience with her dentist I came to make sure I did and I don’t see it. So here’s my review, because they’ve exceeded in every way- Thank you Fixari!!!

Dr. Maggie and her team are top drawer. Very caring and very professional, every time we make a visit for their dental care. Jenny and McKenzie are very attentive and very caring, answering your questions and making helpful suggestions. Dr. Maggie is very knowledgeable and explains each diagnosis and procedure, while being very sensitive to any doubts or discomfort you might be experiencing. They know what they are doing and that quality is very re-assuring as a patient seeking their dental know-how.

Really love this office. All of the staff from the front desk to the hygienists and the dentists are very kind. There’s absolutely no dental shaming going on(even if you have neglected your care for a little) and they take the time to educate you. I’m always very comfortable when I come here even when I get nervous. Definitely recommend.

I needed dentures and I was very anxious about how they would look. From the first visit to the last they made me feel comfortable and reassured me that they knew what they were doing. Dr. Maggie and her assistants Jenny and McKenzie were always prompt and attentive and knew what they were doing. They were always professional and made me feel comfortable. Long story short if you’re worried about the dentist or getting mouth work done just go here. So first off, I don’t ever leave reviews but I could go on forever about this experience. Called at 10 am appt by 11. 4 extractions later I was out by 1230pm. The lady who answered and got me my appointment an hour later was just as nice as Peggy I believe her name was at the front desk (Lewis center). Before going back for my extractions I already felt better than usual about the situation because of them. Dr. Bader and his assistant Jaymie were amazing. I’ve been to 20 dentist in Columbus and I can definitely say this was the first time I’ve had extensive work done and didn’t feel a thing. 36 hours later now and zero pain. If this is how dentist work was always done I wouldn’t have avoided them for so long. They pulled one intact and three broken at the gums that were in pieces. I felt nothing. I dread dentist and getting work done in my mouth but can honestly say after this experience I will comfortably go back. Lobby looking like a ski lodge doesn’t hurt either.

Dr. Wes with his assistant was very comforting in taking care of the procedure that was done correctly I’m which, didn’t rush through the procedure needed to done, I was very comfortable. Doctor and staff very caring Host 🙂 and Thank them for their services render. Will be back in A few weeks to come. JOHN:)

From routine check ups to more complex procedures, the team at Fixari has always gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The waiting area was clean and inviting, and I didn’t have to wait long before being called in for my appointment. This office is amazing in Pickerington! The receptionist Carolyn was very pleasant at check-in, welcoming and accommodating, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Chaney was very, knowledgeable regarding his craft, and assured me as a patient who is terrified of the dentist made me feel that I was in good hands. Dental Asst’s Shauna and Savannah were kind and answered all my questions. They also were so comforting and the compassion they showed me outstanding. I’m very impressed with the care they provided me. It’s hard to find the customer service and sincerity that they showed me that day and I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr.Chaney and his staff are unreal!.. they are super Professional, Nice as well as energetic. Ive never had good dental hygiene, due to a few bad experiences in the past with dentists which gave me a fear. However Dr. Chaney removed it and I actually couldn’t wait until I got there again for my veneers to be completed. This experience was Life Changing because I was shy and covered my mouth all my life, Now I want to smile and be Happy with it. Thanks so much Dr. Chaney and Fixari Dental. I had not been to a dentist in a while and was looking for one close to home. Luckily, I found Fixari Family Dental in Lewis Center. I had quite a bit of work to catch up on including a cleaning, a new veneer, and a crown. I also needed some correction to my bite. I was very impressed with the comfort of the office and the great staff. I needed multiple appointments but they were timely and the work done by Sabrina, Kathie and Dr. John was excellent. They were very careful to ensure that I never experienced pain and that I was satisfied with the outcome of each appointment. I highly recommend Fixari – Lewis Center.

I can’t recommend them enough! I have extreme dental anxiety and almost cancelled my emergency appt when they told me that I would be seeing Dr Bader, instead of Dr Fixari (the only dentist I’ve ever been comfortable with). I’m SO glad I still went in; Dr Bader and his assistant Rocky were amazing!! They were right in line with everyone else I’ve ever dealt with at Fixari Family dental! Extremely patient, caring, accommodating, gentle. I always appreciated how they are upfront with the cost and I pay before the service, so there are never surprise charges when it’s time to pay. Dr Fixari, and Dr Bader now, listen when I say I don’t have dental insurance and money it tight-they both work with me on the cost. I’ve been to places that have gotten an attitude with me when they give me a list of 3k in services that they say I need and I say I can’t do all of that right now. Fixari Dental has always given me a list and always puts it in prioritized order. They genuinely care about people. Every person that I’ve ever dealt with there has been nothing less that kind and caring! The building is beautiful! Not that it’s what’s important when looking for a dentist, but it’s a beautiful, rustic/contemporary space that is obviously state of the art but still so peaceful and calming. They have the equipment there to do everything, so there’s no “sending you to another appt at another offc”. They have massaging chairs, noise cancelling headsets, they have nitrous oxide, a tv above every station and most (if not all) offices have a window, which helps with the calming factor if you get anxious about dental procedures. It’s WAY better than looking at 4 walls with body &teeth charts and medical stuff on every wall-lol! My entire family now goes to them, from my grandson’s cleanings to my dad’s dentures. I will now let them that Dr Bader is there now too and that they will love him too! Thank you Dr Bader & Thank you Rocky!!!

I get real self conscious about my teeth making it hard to go to the dentist without intense anxiety , but they were really professional and laid back if that makes sense , everyone and Dr Fisher made me feel real comfortable, they went through everything with me making sure i understand , i’ll definitely be going back , thank you 🫶🏼 i went to the one in Pickerington

Had a crown fall out after hours and they got me in the next morning as a new patient and took care the problem. Dr. Chaney also gave me some suggestions about potential possible problems in a tooth nearby and how a bite guard could prevent trouble in the future. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them! Special thanks to Kylee for helping get me established and find an appointment so quickly.

Best place to go. The people there up and beyond caring. Made me feel safe about being there. I haven’t been to a dentist for so long that my teeth are bad but, they didn’t make me feel that way. They helped me feel at ease. I have a phobia for dentist. They helped me through it and talked to me the whole time.

Recently got a cleaning and followed up with fillings a week later. Kate who did the cleaning was amazing very professional and super nice. Dr Wes was very educational and knowledgeable. Also Carla who actually did the fillings was very sweet and kind. Did an amazing job at adjusting the biteafter wards. Overall the whole staff was pleasant to deal with and a great experience.

I just want to start with a huge thank you to Dr. Bader, Savannah and Rocky… From the moment I walked in I was treated with A+++ Care. The place is amazing and super clean. They attended to all my needs and gave me all the advice on how and what was the easiest most effective way to get the results I was seeking. Pricing was amazing too. Even after applying the filling I needed, Dr Bader wasn’t happy with such a minimal flaw he completely redid it before I left… I will be switching my whole family to them for many years to come. I made an appointment for a crown that needed replacing. I was very nervous for the process. But, Dr. Wes and Carla made me feel safe and comfortable while under their care! Worked pretty quickly, as well! I highly recommend them to anyone young + old, who just may be nervous about going to a dentist office after going into other facilities and not feeling comfortable! They were also very thorough with explaining all the details to me about my dental work! 😊 Get your teeth fixed you guys!

I had my braces journey with the Fixari at Canal Winchester and I couldn’t be happier!! They made my teeth so beautiful, and were so sweet and kind everyday! Especially Jaymie, Megan and LaShawnda! First visit was great. Savannah the assistant was very sweet and friendly. Dr. Chaney has a great chair side approach and very friendly. Asked what my visit was for since I am new to them. Explained all of my concerns. He listened to what I had to say then we discussed it. No pressure for extra work to be done. Very understanding about my concerns and money matters. I would highly recommend them. I actually look forward to my next visit in a couple weeks for work to be done and we all know no one enjoys going to the dentist.

I can’t believe that I my dental visit to get a crown involved no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I previously had a somewhat similar procedure done by another dentist (not Fixari) years ago which was horrible and the most uncomfortable dental experience ever, but Fixari’s dentist numbed me correctly and did an excellent job. I was pleasantly surprised.

I just want to give a shout out to the staff at Lewis Center. My son chipped his two front teeth this morning (Saturday). Our normal dentist was closed so I called Fixari desperately hoping they could see him. They were booked but managed to squeeze him in so he could get his teeth repaired. Dr. Maggie and Jenny couldn’t have been more amazing. They were so kind and gentle with him. The front office staff also went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant.
