I’ll be honest, I hate the dentist and had avoided going for years. But the staff at Fixari Family Dental made me feel so welcome from the start, zero judgment. Shelby was especially sweet when I shared my concerns. She was patient and genuinely reassuring, which meant a lot to someone who was already nervous just walking through the door. If you’ve been putting off going, this is the place to finally do it. Five stars.

I’ve been going here for a bit and I absolutely love the service and the people here!!! They are always very kind!!! Lanii was absolutely amazing!! She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment!!! Dr. John is great too! He’s the best!!! If you are looking for a good dentist go here!!!!! They are OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!

I am updating my review to say that my experiences here continue to be great. The people are excellent and so is their level of care and knowledge. Today, Kayla was the initial person to greet me. She was great and her attitude was very positive and well meaning. And of course, Dr. Bobby and his crew were amazing. My fillings were over very quickly and they feel great. My teeth already have less sensitivity there. Dr. Bobby truly is a one of a kind man. I commend him for his commitment to working hard and doing the right thing for the people, every time. This is a man who has always been fair, honest, and very understanding. I do believe he deserves the highest level of respect for not only his high level of skill (this guy has skills), but for the way he conducts himself. This is the dentist I always needed but could never find. Thank you. I’m very much looking forward to my next visit and I hope you have a great vacation. – When I came here 6 months ago for a root canal, filling, and extraction, my visit was amazing and as pain free as possible. I was impressed by their attitudes, skills, and openness and I left a 5 star review. Today, I’m deleting that review to write this one to better praise Dr. Bobby Haddad and his assistant, Kim. And I have a lot to say. I’ve needed a lot of work done on my teeth and finances have always been an obstacle to getting this done. In between this visit and my last, I went to a different dentist that accepts my insurance. I have regretted not going to Fixari every day since. They were absolutely terrible and provided the lowest level of care I’ve ever had. I was in pain for an entire week following and they cut my tongue enough to bleed for 10 minutes. Well, you WILL NOT experience that awfulness at Fixari. Dr. Bobby Haddad is the finest dentist I’ve ever received care from and he has my full recommendation if you are looking for a new dentist. Bellow are the things that I think make this man truly remarkable in his profession. •Dr. Bobby is accommodating •Dr. Bobby doesn’t argue or try to upsell unnecessarily •Dr. Bobby actively listens, asks smart questions, and quickly arrives to the best solution •Dr. Bobby is very friendly and open to addressing your concerns •Dr. Bobby is truly committed to delivering the best outcome and leaves no doubt that he cares about the work he does •Dr. Bobby provides a very high level of expertise and skill that you may struggle to find elsewhere At no point during my visit today did I doubt him or his assistant, Kim. I felt so much more relaxed than usual and I am very, very happy to say that thanks to Dr. Bobby, I no longer have a phobia of dentistry. This was the best dental visit of my life, think about that. They are so good at what they do and have my gratitude! I believe it was Kim who did my fillings, but whoever it was, I must say that all of this is also true of her! This team was so efficient, effective, and prepared. Everything is clean, staged, and prepared BEFORE they begin work on you. The amateurs at the other office that I described were not prepared and the dentist arrived 2 hours late to my appointment. Fixari is always prepared and on time. Dr. Bobby has never delayed even a moment. The efficiency is unparalleled in my opinion and that’s how it should be. Even the front desk staff is on point all the time, no delays, no hassle, friendly, outgoing and smiling. The entire staff at this location are a shining example of true service and care and I’m sure I will only seek care with Fixari in the future. Fixari dental has the best staff. I stopped going to the dentist over 10 years ago because of a bad experience so with needing work done I just decided to give Fixari a try. Over 20 years ago I went to their office around eastland mall and loved it. This many years later and it still hasn’t changed. I wish I would have never left them. Sam was so nice and caring. Dr. Fisher Sharde really changed my thoughts on dentist. Thank you guys I really appreciate your help.

Overall, I had the best experience! I had a tooth emergency, and Jacinda answered the phone and got me in the same day. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Shaunessa. The whole team was fantastic! Huge thanks to Dr. Bobby and his team — Kim, Alayna, and Tessa — for taking such great care of me. I absolutely love my results!

My mom came there and she had great service she seen dr fisher team and they was awesome sharde and Sam well very polished and friendly they know what they were doing and took great care of my mom I loved sharde energy she’s just different one of a kind . And sam is a sweetheart they both are very experienced and they know what their doing. Dr fisher was amazing too just geninue not trying to get over . My mom will be back. Awesome team 👏

I heard so many positive things about this dental practice. Everyone loves it , they give tours ans gifts , they have nice blankets ,cups , headphones, and etc but what stands out the most was dr fisher team , Sharde and sam where very welcoming and good at what they do . Sharde personality is sharp she’s a smart girl and very good at what she does and she has knowledge. Shes naturally herself and u can tell she’s been doing this for a while she talked to me as if I was a long time friend. Sam is very sweet and patient and dr fisher is great and as a doctor i feel he’s genuine i love their team . Highly recommend

I have had several visits and they are very welcoming and help me overcome my fear and dr fisher and sharde and Sam are a great team and they work well together they truly are a expert at their careers and very trusting and patience. I believe in them and trust them with any care I receive moving forward I will also recommend their team I received the up most respect and patient care i have ever received and I will also come to fixari . Thanks to them sharde is also so real and trustworthy she’s just her self and I love it . And knowledgeable . Just highly recommend

Everyone was polite, patient, and friendly! They explained everything to me. I was offered drinks, coffee, cookies. I was taken on a tour before going to my room. While i was there, i text my boyfriend, who is also looking for a new dentist, letting him know he should come here! I am glad i chose them!

Hi, I have been with Fixari Family for many many years and The staff has always treated me very kind and respectful. As I was a little nervous about my appointment Ashley, the young lady that cleaned my teeth was very nice and professional and gentle and she took her time with me. She made me feel really comfortable and she answered my questions when I asked. Dr. Wes and Maiya, we’re very nice ,kind, and very professional, I asked Dr. Wes Questions and he answered them And assured me that everything is gonna be all right. The young Lady and young man at the front desk greeted me with kindness and answered my questions when I asked. As an overall, I would definitely recommend Family and friends. Best dental experience ever. I called them yesterday and got an appointment next day. I had a pretty sensitive tooth because my filling chipped and they fixed it today. I am so happy about that. Usually they have to “assess” and then schedule another appointment 3 months later but nope! They gave me a tour, very sanitary and communicated the whole time. Seriously Dr. Bobby and his assistants are so awesome and professional. I know Tessa was one of them but there was another lady who was so sweet also. Highly recommend.

Fixari Dental is the absolute best Dental Office I have ever experienced. All of the staff are amazing. Dr. Arman Is professional, kind, skilled, and one of the best dentists I’ve ever met. He provides exceptional patient care.I have had a lot of dental work done in the past, but this is far superior. I highly recommend this office.

Fixari family dental at the Pickerington location is fantastic! The entire staff was wonderful and welcoming, Dr. Waugh and his assistants so kind, the receptionist very friendly, they all made me feel at ease. Thanks. I went back for my follow up dental procedure again a calm kind experience! From the time we walked in, they were very welcoming and attentive. They had so much to offer coffee, cookies, and more which made the whole experience feel comfortable and inviting right away. The staff was very polite and kept checking on us to make sure we were okay, which I really appreciated. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and family-friendly. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist!

“I just had the best dental cleaning I’ve had in years. I usually find cleanings a bit rushed or uncomfortable, but Rina at Fixari Family Dental was incredibly thorough and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My teeth feel amazing, and the whole experience was surprisingly relaxing. Dr. Fisher and the entire staff are professional, friendly, and clearly care about the quality of their work. It took me a while after moving to the area to find a dentist. My cleaning appt along with my temp crown process was amazing!!!! I was scared not knowing what to expect with the crown process. Dr Beam was patient with me giving me breaks since I had 2 teeth that needed to be done. Dr Beam and his staff are amazing!!!

Dr Wes and staff Sabrina are wonderful. If you are looking for a dentist do not look any further. Go see them .several locations which is great and they work on Saturdays I love them I to go back to my Dentist today which they worked me in . Once again they are to best Dentist I have ever had. Dr Bobby Haddad is great. The staff (Kim, Tess, and Alayna) is so nice, patient, and supportive. They helped me to make the decisions that lead up to this wonderful smile I have again. I wore lipstick for the first time in 3 years. I’m now smiling at work again. No need to hide my smile at work, with family, or even at church. Dr. Bobby was confident in how I was going to look before the finished product. Kind of like how a painter or chef sees his finished work while still working on their project. It is amazing how I can walk out of here with this new beautiful smile. I am asking my sister and anyone reading this to trust Dr Bobby and his staff to “come and see” how he can make a difference in your smile that changed my life. My smile is contagious and confident like when I was 20. My smile has impacted my confidence in the way I walk and talk. My head is held high. Bless you!

I have been going to Fixari Dental for several years. We moved to Columbus in 2018 and didn’t really know anyone. Fixari has been so great about helping us get established here. I am a huge chicken when it comes to dental work but they have been so wonderful about helping me work through my fear and getting necessary work done. I highly recommend them!!

This was my first visit to Fixara Dental and just walking into the door was greeted by Peggy thanking me for coming into their dental practice. The customer service was outstanding. The doctors and assistance were wonderful. Took care of me and provided me with options on next steps for my dental care.

Dr Fisher is amazing! Honestly it was such a smooth experience. He explained everything, made sure I was comfortable and I was extremely pleased with the entire process of getting a crown. Sam and Sharde made me feel at ease the whole time. And my cleaning with Paige last week was the absolute best. Definitely recommend Dr Fisher and his team if you’re nervous about dental work!”. I was not satisfied with my previous dental office and my daughter recommended her dental office at Fixari. My first visit I was treated like royalty, I was greeted with warm friendly hospitality. My hygienist was so kind and thorough, my teeth felt great. My second visit was even better because they treated me as is if I was valued. A year later their quality and professionalism is still A-one. I tell anyone that is looking for a dentist to go to Fixari from the time you enter the door until you leave they make sure your needs have been met. I am exceptionally happy and pleased with their service.

I truly haven’t had a better experience with a dentist than I have had with Fixari. I see Dr. Waugh and he is awesome – I was in the chair for 3 hours getting some intense work done but he kept me comfortable and painless. I’ve had to be in and out for the work I needed but each time I was treated professionally and kindly and they kept everything as painless as possible. I’d fully recommend them to everyone!

I cannot praise Dr. Fisher and his staff enough! I was absolutely terrified to go – I had a horrible experience years ago and because of this I have a really bad phobia about the dentist. Dr. Fisher and his entire staff could not have been more comforting, compassionate and understanding. They helped me face my fear. They are just unbelievable!!!!! I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders!! I couldn’t have been in better hands!!!!

Had an appointment today at Fixari Pickerington. Both Dr. Arman and my hygienist Rina are so great! They are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I actually find getting my teeth cleaned to be relaxing so the fact that there was a massage chair was a bonus. Rina did an amazing job! My teeth are clean and bright. 100% would recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.

What a place! They make you feel so welcomed. They gave a tour, explained things thoroughly , and left me with a welcome mug! It’s like a spa…for teeth! They pamper you! Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable! 1st dental appt I have actually enjoyed. I couldn’t wait to leave a review! Amazing, amazing,amazing!!!

This is an update from the first review I posted sometime last year. I remain super happy with Dr. Fisher and the team at Fixari. I’ve had major work done and I have not been disappointed with the results! I am so excited about my progress!! The fact that they offer evening and weekend hours is icing on the cake and extremely important for my busy life. ———— I recently started going to Fixari Pickerington and I’ve already had some major work done. I am absolutely thrilled with the team and my results. Dr. Fisher is extremely friendly and kind and he takes time to make sure I understand and agree with the treatment plan. The office decor is very nice as well as super clean, which is hugely important to me! Equally as important is their attentive staff. They give you little treats and gifts on your first visit and they offer amenities in the waiting area…they seem to value their customers! It’s a very welcoming environment and I am sooo glad I became a patient.
